Eurofins offers a user-friendly service with quick and efficient results, but there are some drawbacks. While the staff are friendly, locating the testing site is challenging due to the lack of signage. Had some difficulty getting details of return to UK lat flow test result after verbal notification @ test centre. Was unable to enter details of said on NHS site. Nearly one month later & I still cannot find any official notification of -ve test result

Poor signage
Good value for money and a quick turnaround for results but there is absolutely no signage in the car park and so very difficult to find. I’m aware of other customers having made similar complaints but Eurofins doesn’t appear to be particularly interested in addressing or rectifying this.

Thanks for leaving your review, it's disappointing to hear that we've been unable to provide you with good service.
I can, however, advise that our test results are not guaranteed to come back within 24hours as there are many different things that can affect this timeframe such as leakages, sample/swab issues and logistics.
It is our aim to test and publish any results within 24hours, however, as mentioned this isn't always possible and in no way is this intentional.

This fit to fly PCR test was not accepted by the airline, so it cost my family 3 times the cost at the airport to re-test and an additional cost to rebook the flight. So, I can not recommend a PCR test from Eurofins. As a result, additional cost for PCR, flight tickets, additional cost travel to airport, lost of 2 days holiday, stress ++.

Inadequate testing station
Booking process was ok.
Testing station was in a parking lot of a large Asda shopping center. With no signage for guidance it was hard to find as it was located in a corner of a large space.
But the worst part is that you are likely to get Covid when getting tested as it was in a closed container with no airflow and i had to insist on leaving the door open and to have some air exchange in the container before taking off my mask.
Testing person was efficient but was dressed casually without wearing the usual test center professional gear and wearing the medical mask casually. And also didn’t really care about ensuring safety for herself nor for anyone entering the container. However I assume it is more an issue of how people working there are guided and trained by management.
So if not careful and with stale air it is more likely to become infected in the closed testing container.

Not an easy experience
The test itself was fine, but the woman overseeing the procedure was very miserable & could hardly be bothered to explain what was needed. The other issue was having to travel 16 miles to a poorly signed portacabin in a large car park. There used to be a test centre less than a mile away, but sadly it’s closed down.
