We booked 3 nights in Munich
We booked 3 nights in Munich. Arrived earlier so we can dropped off our luggage for us to head out to our afternoon tour. Arrived to know our room at Le Meridien Hotel canceled by our travel agency. Tried to call but no freaking one answer because they closed from 12pm to 8am (Eastern Time) . We couldn't check-in our luggage and now drag our luggages around in the high heat outside waiting until they open to call. After more than 10 phone calls back and forth. We still don't have hotel when it's not our fault for the cancelation. They won't be able to find us a hotel near where we booked because there is an concert going on. So what, not our fault that our hotel got canceled. They offered us crappy hotel and hotel far away, which we can't because we got no car. Finally we have to find a room to book at this crappy hotel. The room is not even 1/2 of the size of the room we booked and hotel old, stink, in a geto area, drank no freaking streetlight. But Tripmasters said nothing much they can do. Wth? Really? I paid for my hotel, and now I had to pay additional almost 1500 for this hotel at the most crappy hotel, like Motel 8 compare to Le Meridien of Marriott? Are you freaking kidding me? I demand my refund, reimbursement, etc. No email responded and no one say anything yet.
