We booked 3 nights in Munich. Arrived earlier so we can dropped off our luggage for us to head out to our afternoon tour. Arrived to know our room at Le Meridien Hotel canceled by our travel agency. Tried to call but no freaking one answer because they closed from 12pm to 8am (Eastern Time) . We couldn't check-in our luggage and now drag our luggages around in the high heat outside waiting until they open to call. After more than 10 phone calls back and forth. We still don't have hotel when it's not our fault for the cancelation. They won't be able to find us a hotel near where we booked because there is an concert going on. So what, not our fault that our hotel got canceled. They offered us crappy hotel and hotel far away, which we can't because we got no car. Finally we have to find a room to book at this crappy hotel. The room is not even 1/2 of the size of the room we booked and hotel old, stink, in a geto area, drank no freaking streetlight. But Tripmasters said nothing much they can do. Wth? Really? I paid for my hotel, and now I had to pay additional almost 1500 for this hotel at the most crappy hotel, like Motel 8 compare to Le Meridien of Marriott? Are you freaking kidding me? I demand my refund, reimbursement, etc. No email responded and no one say anything yet.

I had booked previous trips through European destinations.com in the past and did not have any problems. Most recently, after booking the trip, due to COVID I was not able to travel. I wasn’t even allowed in the country that I had planned to visit due to restrictions. I was only refunded 80% of the trip despite purchasing the insurance. Had I booked directly with the airline, I would have been refunded the entire cost or given a travel voucher as others I knew who had booked flights directly had this occur. Case and point-please book directly with the airlines and hotels. It might be slightly more work on your end in trip planning, but will save you in the event unforeseen circumstances arise. You will also receive potential upgrades this way as well as benefits from membership programs.

Just came back this month (Sept 2021) from Croatia on a trip booked through tripmasters. This was our 3rd trip using this service and have been satisfied with the experience. The app is a great addition they added this year and saved me printing off a binder for hotels and excursions as all is there. I think European Destinations, ie tripmasters is great for a traveler that is willing to do the research and enjoy a new experience. You get to see the hotels before and i look at their reviews before choosing a place. If you like to be on a guided tour- with everything planned out- this probably isnt for you. if you enjoy staying in smaller hotels ( we had 1 with only 6 rooms) and want to immerse in the experience- take a chance but do the research on where you are going. Will use again on next adventure

We booked travel to Italy from the United States, the company did absolutely nothing to even attempt to refund me or move the trip to because of a LEVEL FOUR travel advisory from United States government and CDC due to a massive Corona Virus epidemic in the country, (if I went flew to Italy, I most likely wouldn't be able to come back to my homeland) they did not even offer to refund the profit (booking fees) they received from my booking, or even advise me on rescheduling flights. I was not even given remorse. $2,200 down the drain. I am extremely upset, and would NEVER recommend booking with this company. Please do not consider traveling with them, as an agency they should have contingencies in place for a CRISIS like this. This just shows how the company will operate if something completely beyond your control happens, do not take your chances.

Very disappointed in this company's service. I was booked in a bed and breakfast with no hot water. This is completely unacceptable. Trip Masters is providing customers with accommodations that do not have basic amenities such as hot water. Avoid this company at all costs.

Booked a trip to Italy a few years ago for my inlaws using tripmaster. Everything went smooth from flight to hotel, etc. They loved it and had no issues (excluding bad airline food...not the problem with the booking :) I was very wary at first but happy that it all went well. Would use again as an option for a packaged travel.

Have been using Tripmasters to book my trips to Europe. Very friendly, love the app they send to your phone with your itinerary. We book everything with them, flights, hotels, excursions, you name it! Needed to contact them a couple of times during the trip and they were very helpful! Highly recommend them.

Have used this company multiple times to book multi-leg itineraries including flights, hotels, and trains. The interface allows for endless customization, and the rates are extermely competitive. The staff is also helpful if you need to chat with them.

I have used this site twice to book trips to Europe--once to Athens, Mykonos and Santorini and one to Budapest, VIenna, and Split. Both trips were great and I owe that in large part to the seamless reservations I made through Europeandestinations.com

On this site you can put in the destinations you want to travel to and it will come up with a packaged deal that includes hotels and transportation. You can then alter your transportation and/or upgrade your hotels to your liking. You can crosscheck all hotels on TripAdvisor, which I highly recommend. In Greece our transportation included flights and boats and we also took a train from Budapest to Vienna. They send you all the necessary tickets beforehand and give you vouchers for your hotel. You can also book airport pickups for additional fees. I am more than satisfied with all of the hotels I stayed at and everything went extremely smoothly in both my trips except for one minor incident with an airport pickup (but I don't really hold ED responsible for that). The hotels had all of our reservations ready and available and we had no waits or delays.

I priced out the trip in a variety of ways (booking everything separately, other sites, etc.) and feel that European Destinations gave me the best value. I would definitely use them again whenever I plan my next trip to Europe--hope it is soon! FYI they also have deals for Asia and the Caribbean.
