They lie to earn
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Eurovanz for my van delivery from Spain to the UK. The entire process was riddled with issues that caused unnecessary stress and frustration.
Firstly, the delivery was delayed by several days without any clear communication or updates from the company. I had to constantly chase them for information, and when I did get a response, it was vague and unhelpful.
Secondly, the condition of my belongings upon arrival was appalling. Several items were damaged, and it was clear that the van was poorly packed and handled carelessly. Despite my efforts to ensure everything was securely packed, the lack of care from the company was evident.
Lastly, the customer service was abysmal. The owner, Richard, lied multiple times during several phone calls, showing no empathy or willingness to resolve the issues I faced. The representatives were rude and dismissive, adding to the overall poor experience.
I expected a certain level of professionalism and quality, but unfortunately, Eurovanz fell short on all counts. I would not recommend Eurovanz to anyone looking for a reliable and professional van delivery service. Save yourself the trouble and find a company that values its customers and their belongings.
