Not delivered
The delivery firm was awful. Would not deliver to my local pickup store as they said it was shut. Then said I’d refused the delivery- I hadn’t.
No communication from firm this was all on the tracking site.
No communication from Evan’s until I complained.
Unfortunately I won’t be buying from them in future

The green satin top with a frilled neck was really lovely. It arrived quickly and in good condition. Unfortunately, although I ordered my usual size the top was very large an didn't fit me. I was disappointed.

Absolutely horrible bras
Absolutely horrible bras, don't hold and very saggy, quite big also, I know my size, so not on my behalf, but these were rubbish. Its christmas so to much hassle to send back.

This company has been totally disinterested in helping me as a customer when it failed to deliver an order and refused to do anything to put it right except refund my delivery charge. In my experience it is not interested in fulfilling its legal obligations to me by way of a further delivery or a refund

Very good value for money and easy to return
The jumper fitted fine but the tops were too small. Very easy process to return and be charged £1.99 deducted from my refund. Very difficult to gauge sizes when you cannot try on in a shop.
