Ford over Audi
Booked in at my convenience, drop off keys and asked for a time that was convenient for me to pick up. They made that happen. I received a professional service and checks as requested and got a clear and precise video along with a follow up phone call to see what I wanted to do next. On collection I got a print out of the checks . I have my car in for the same service and checks but at Audi in Stockport and the ford experience is way better. Keep up the good work

He has gone out of his way to get my money back wich he had no need to do. I was not the best person to deal with at the time. We were pleased with the service & support Steve Bolton offered to us when we bought a used car this week. He gave us the information & time we needed to make a considered decision. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into a decision. The only small shortfall was the car valeting which could have been a bit better.
