A first class and seamless trade in and sale at the dealership. Peter Ames & Jack Reid deserve special recognition. Peter handled our initial enquiry regarding a used car. He was very patient and explained all the options available to us. He arranged to value my existing car and I was more than pleased with the trade in valuation. Peter arranged a test drive in the car we decided to purchase. Due to Peter being on annual leave, handover was dealt with by Jack. He went through all the documents and with help from another colleague he set up a new service plan. Many thanks to all concerned with the purchase of my almost new Puma ST.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Kieran Mach at the Ashton under Lyne branch of Evans Halshaw. From first contact he was very friendly and helpful. He dealt with my questions with knowledge and patience and allowed me to make my own decision without putting any pressure for a sale. It was the first time I made a long distance car purchase and Kieran reassured me by sending me a bespoke walk through video of the car. The car was delivered to me in immaculate condition by a friendly and respectful driver and the handover was very smooth. I purchased the car originally from Evans Halshaw and have never had any hesitation in having any service or repair work done by them on the cars I have owned for the past few years. The whole experience has always been excellent, everyone, from those on the service desk to the engineers in the workshop, have always been professional and courteous. Everything is always explained thoroughly, and any work required is done for what I regard as an acceptable price using approved parts. To cap what is already an excellent service, the car is always returned to me as shiny as a new pin having been valeted at no extra cost. Marvellous.
