I recently rang Evans Halshaw Kia Stourbridge to enquire about a used car, and the service from start to finish was excellent. Tom took my initial call and was extremely helpful and informative. I was then passed on to Ryan, who was very knowledgeable and guided me through the finance options and answered every question I had about the car.

They held the car for me, and when I travelled up to see it, it was exactly as described and in great condition. I was offered a good part‑exchange price for my own car, and the whole process felt straightforward and honest. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and made the experience genuinely easy.

Quick turnaround from initial Test drive on Sunday to completing paperwork and collecting the car on Tuesday.

It took three and a half hours to change a rear brake light bulb on my Kia Sportage.

Picked up my Kia today, our Sales Representative Harry was great 👍 but obviously his hands were tied as was just handed 2 sets of keys over with just a piece of string attached to both keys which both cases of keys were damaged and i thought would have been either replaced and given Kia fobs after spending £29,000. Better than Brindley Kia Wolverhampton when my son purchase he’s Kia Ceed. Well done Harry Whitehouse 🤗

Went in to buy a car today and Chris was great he explained everything to us and was very Knowledgeable, he sorted it all out for us and we didn't feel pressured at all happy to say we are very pleased with car and would definitely deal with Chris in the future thanks again Robert and Barbara Walker.

We came to buy a used car. Ryan was very helpful and ensured we knew he was there to show us any car we wanted to look at. He was very patient and gave us so much time to look at the cars we were interested in. Even though he was very busy, he ensured he kept us well informed of timescales. Ryan sorted out all of our queries and made sure the car was ready and in great condition.
