My MOT & Service was completed whilst I waited and the customer waiting area was very pleasant on a very hot day due to the air conditioning. Most of my bill was covered by my Service Agreement and the additional charges were clearly explained. I was sent a video of my vehicle inspection and my car was washed before being returned to me.

When I purchased a brand new car. I was sold an extended warranty with Pendragon. I specifically asked if the clutch would be covered and was told yes. The salesman even highlighted the section in the paperwork. Started having problems with clutch after 15000 miles. The clutch pedal stays down so you can't change gear. You have to lift it up with your foot. Common fault in Vauxhall vehicles. Made a claim under warranty and they declined the claim. Pendragon won't even speak to you on the phone you have to email. DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY WITH THIS COMPANY. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. I know have £2000 bill.

Not been informed about the progress, not addressing all the issues without me telling them and finding out later on they hadn't reset the Tyre pressure monitoring system. For a new customer not impressed.
