I do a lot of miles so sometimes have 2 services a year. Angela always gets my car out of the workshop promptly and it’s always CLEAN which is more than most dealers do….

Horrendous service would defiently not recommend to anyone to use the garage.
Advised that fault would be fixed with no cost, total lack of transparency from staff who kept changing the story trying to get us to pay for repair. Finally got sorted after them having the car sat their for 13 days. Appalling

Richard’s was great tried his best but very disappointed.
Not Richard’s fault at all and he helped the best he could but total miss communication at sale on what’s included in guarantee and no booklet given upon sale.
Was not impressed I had to pay nearly £280 on my car when I only got in febuary and the issues it had are totally out of my control.
Quite disappointed really.
