I was not satisfied with the software and cancelled my susbsciption. Took far too much time to set up with no results. I did like the sales team though they had great energy.

Using it to automate client outreach. Be prepared to take time to set it up, but it's worth it. Their team will support you every step of the way.

When we were scaling up our business, we faced the challenge of optimizing our operational processes and, after researching the market, found EVE calls to be the best solution for us in terms of ease of use, customization, and pricing.
The main task for our cooperation was to automate the process of initial calls after user registration, where we provide them with basic information about our product, which took a third of our agents' time.
As of now, we have been able to completely replace agents with automated EVE scripts in this flow (and a few other). It allowed us not only to free up team time without losing performance metrics, but also to cover almost 100% of our users and increase key user acquisition metrics.
We have a lot of analytics and custom product approaches, so it was very important for us to get good and responsive support during implementation and further cooperation.
