Breach of guidelines
Not so sure about these folks … if you can find anywhere else , do that!
Ordered a throttle for my scooter that the site claimed was in stock & for the shipping time to be 3-4 days.
It’s been over 30 . Yep a month! & still no part. Upon first contact with support I was told it had been shipped and lost in the mail . Then contacted back after again & was told that the part was on back order , that they would have it in around 15 days .. that was 24 days ago & have nothing. Unfortunately it seems this is the only place I can find replacement parts (had scooter for less than a year btw)

Customer care after👎
Scooter is very nice. I weigh 220lbs and it has a hard time starting off or going through grass. My 4y.o electric stride bike smokes mine from the start.takes a long time to get up to speed. Emailed customer service about returning it and they didn't answer me for over a week. When they did answer they brushed it off and gave me no info about returning it. I ended up just keeping it and dealing with it.

The scooters are cheaply made and don't work like there supposed to my current scooter dies very quickly when I'm on gear 3 and only seems to go 24 miles an hour when it said 30 it dies in like 5 minutes and I don't think it should do that from fully charged

I purchased an evercross evo8 s model I had it 4 days. The back wheel locked up ,the accelerator will not work and the back taillight just keeps blinking. The phone number to customer service is no longer in service ,and I have left a few messages with videos of the defective scooter. I have heard nothing. Very upsetting
