The customer care is outstanding from the beginning to the end of the process. Everything is handled with kit gloves. Packaged beautifully and communication throughout the process. Any issues are dealt with immediate and sensitively.

The ordering process was very good and efficient. As was the customer service as I had to wait a few weeks because the style I chose was out of stock.

I was slightly disappointed with the thickness of the silver. The website image gives the impression of a thicker band. Overall though, I love my ring!

Absolutely love the memorial ring. Had to wait 12 weeks for delivery when it was supposed to be 6 - 8 weeks. Ring well made and finished company kept in touch during delay so 5 stars. Would highly recommend.

From requesting a pack online to guide me through the choices, make my order. The Correspondance was clear. The product I selected was a ring which I gave to my daughter on her wedding day, a very emotional my nice moment. The ring was as described, great quality.

Excellent service with super friendly staff who go above and beyond to support you with your order. We ordered five pieces from everwith and we are all absolutely delighted with the finished product, each piece was perfect and a very high quality piece of jewellery that contains our special loved ones ashes. We will all wear them proudly and I’ve already recommended Everwith to someone who was admiring my ring.

Really disappointed with my purchase, it feels cheaply made for the £200 price tag and has badly scratched within a few days of having it back. Reached out and are offering to repair it but doesn't improve the quality. feel they are taking what should be a very comforting moment and tarnishing it with their overpriced jewellery.

The rings I ordered are really beautifully crafted and perfect in every way .
The only reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars was because I ordered gold the lead time ended up at 13 weeks!
The website states much less (6 /8 weeks) I wasn't kept informed and had to chase for updates :(

Beautiful Jewellery and great customer service

The ring I ordered is beautiful, much thicker and more substantial than it appeared in the photos. Also the service was great. I was worried that it wouldn't arrive in time because it was a present. I phoned up because it hadn't arrived and spoke to a lovely lady who said she would do everything she could to ensure it got there for the next day and it did. I was so pleased and thanks to this lady for doing this.

Loved my jewellery that was done with my husband's ashes. The ring that I ordered was out of stock but they made the necklace and sent that out so I had something. Once the ring came back into stock, it was only a couple of days before it arrived. Fantastic customer service and would recommend.
