Excellent Customer Service, Perfect Product
I came to Everything Branded after being ghosted by a competitor when asking for a similar item to be produced, so I didn't have very high expectations to start with.
However, I was very impressed by Everything Branded's responsiveness and willingness to iterate the design until it met our exact expectations.
May was our liaison through the whole process and was prompt in her emails and not afraid to pick up the phone to clarify when necessary.
When the finished product arrived, our office was very happy with the result.
I will never go back to using that competitor anymore, and will make sure all our merch comes through Everything Branded from now on!

Exceptional service! The whole process was dealt with by the sales representative Kate Krensy Bandorio very efficiently. Our printed products arrived one working day after payment was made, I still can't believe how quickly everything was done!

Normalya was very helpful and patient with us making multiple alterations to the artwork and changing the number of items we wanted to order. She made sure we received everything by Christmas as requested and gave us a good price. We ordered a range of personalised items and they all look great!

Customer service was excellent
May was excellent - I got quotes back almost immediately with mock ups and colour information so I was confident to place my order.
May was incredibly responsive when I asked a question - her prompt responses saved delay in getting the order placed - it's tricky buying with short notice for an event and unusual to find communication by email so easy and efficient.
When I told her the deadline for my bags, May checked that my mugs would also arrive on time - and ensured a change of product so that they would - without me having to do a thing! She even sent me a photo of my mugs on the production table - so I was able to assure my boss they would arrive exactly when they said they would.
The products arrived promptly and in excellent time for my event and we're really pleased with the quality of the items and the printing.
I wouldn't hestitate to buy from Everythig Branded again and have added them to my regular supplier list.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, terrible attitude, once they have your money they do not care. Beware, there are companies out there that care about customers, in future I will be buying elsewhere.
