Older Fiesta bowl died…

A Fiesta bowl I had for many years died from a small hairline crack. The bowl was perfect for mixing many a meal.
I found the two bowl set on this site and replaced my bowl an got a smaller one as a bonus.
I’m very happily with the replacements!

New fiesta Peony

I ordered a place setting and 4 other pieces of Fiesta in the new color peony. Every piece was wrapped individually and nested together inside fat bubble wrap. All arrived in perfect condition, and on the day expected. Love it!

VERY PLEASED!!

This was my first time ordering. I ordered 2 20pc sets of fiesta ware and was a little nervous about breakage.
My daughter received them as indicated in 3 days. There was a chip on one dinner plate, a spot on another and 1 salad plate was broken......
I called customer service, very nice, explained what was broken and she shipped the 3 plates without me having to send the damaged plates back. Im very pleased with the prices, shipping and their customer service!! I will definitely order from here again!! THANK YOU!!

I received beautifully packaged Peony Fiesta and a few pieces had glazing issues. Hoping to be able to exchange them, I hopped on virtual chat and quickly was connected with the most understanding CSR. I snapped a few pictures and uploaded them and she verified replacements without the same issue were available. My replacements are on the way and the pieces with issue have already been donated to someone in need. Love EK from start to finish!

Excellent Quality Product and Service

We had an issue with a stand arriving broken, but after contacting custom service, they fixed the issue immediately. We were extremely satisfied not only with the quality of the cake stand that we ordered, but the attentiveness of the staff. We will definitely be returning in the future.
