I have not had any problems with orders in the past, however this there was an issue on Everything Kitchens end, and the order did not get placed. After not hearing any thing for a week, an contacting them the order when thru, and I received the items. However this was a gift and missed the date I needed it for.

Did research on a commercial vacuum sealer and found the one we wanted. We were told Everythung Kitchen had the best price. Not only did they have the best price it was FREE shipping and got here in just a few days! The description of the item was very detailed. I was able to get alot of useful info. Awesome business!

The Kuhn-Kikon 4th Burner Pot/12 cup is very nice. Takes up very little space, works well on my induction stove, heats up water for boiling quickly and looks elegant for a pot. I have only used this pot for boiling water and it does that function very well. The lid is easy to lock/unlock and has a pouring grid that makes it easy to pour out the water without spilling.
My only complaint is the almost $13.00 shipping charge on a $45.00 item which seems high to me.
