I bought 4 EVGA power supplies from Newegg.com in 2023. One failed 3 years later but had a 5 year warranty. They denied my return claiming that the power supply was sold to Amazon and not Newegg. Los... See more

They sell me a 100$ keyboard that breaks in a month and I pay 34$ to ship it back to them. Add in my own billable hours missed in the run-around, and this was a waate of money and my time. This was supposed to enhance my life.
Stuck in RMA loop, was sent defective GPU twice, gave up on RMA, screwed customer over to pay RMA ship to fee everytime
Deceptive and scummy company that screws over customers with their RMA, they will force you to package and pay for the RMA shipping fee yourself EVERYTIME, instead of covering it, because, if the product is defective its the customers fault right? they will get you stuck in an unending RMA loop ( at least 3-4 RMA ) and you need to pay the ship to fee EVERYTIME, also they keep sending the customer defective products, "good" customer support means NOTHING when their product is of subpar or of very poor quality, was a loyal supporter of their brand but never again, NEVER PUT YOUR TRUST ON THEM OR YOU WILL REGRET IT

I have always bought Evga GPU's and the customer service has been incredible with each question or issue. I have no idea why people rate them so low, they have to be fake competitor reviews.. I am going to miss them in the gpu market, also PLEASE work with AMD in the future! 😀
Excellent Company & Support Dept
Received my RMA replacement today, and I got it installed about an hour ago... the replacement GPU is working great! THANK YOU EVGA =)
I wish your company would continue manufacturing GPU cards... you did the right move in dumping nVidia, all they care about is money... hopefully your company could reach an arrangement with Intel, they sound really promising in the GPU market. Good Luck to all of you!!
Great company ++
Great company, I had an Issue with my GPU that caused it to die out of warranty but even so EVGA support was able to offer me a replacement. Thank you guys.
Send wrong items then blame customer
Send wrong items then blame customer, sent me a 3080ti for $1600 ended up being a lhr and told me I can't return it bc I modified it. Sent me a 1000w power supply, wrong one. Do not use them they are considered liars, frauds, worst customer service,
Absolute Rubbish
absolute rubbish,
10 year warranty, yeah if you want to send back the faulty POS to Taiwan , and pay for post that costs more than the Original sales price,
Do not use, Do Not Buy , Stay well Clear.
Terrible place to buy expensive graphics card
Please don't purchase product directly from them. Rather use platforms like Amazon or newegg or other dealerships who have a much better return policy and won't charge you extra for returning the product. Worst service!
High quality products
I have been a customer of EVGA now, I have never had any problems. Would highly recommend for their high quality GPUs and PSUs. I have built many computers over the years using their products with not a single hiccup.
Poor customer service
I built a pc with 2x rtx 3090 for rendering and AI development with evga 1600w Titanium graded power supply. It hasn't been a week and the 8pin female slot on the power supply, it was lucky that I checked the power supply after I had discovered an issue with lagging screen and sudden black out screen. I reached out to the customer service, they claimed I have used the wrong cables, but how ?? when I used the cables that comes with it. I sent my response to them, and they kept assuming that I used my computer for mining and ask for a picture of my pc for what ? my work was delay because of it and I had to pay extra for the another 1600w from corsair because 1600w titanium psu is hard to find in the market right now and each 3090 needs about 450w to run under high task for movie rendering and AI development. I do not recommend you to purchase an EVGA power supply because of poor customer service like this. I will update this review until EVGA resolve my issue

Terrible warranty policies
Their 10 year warranty claim on Power Supplies is completely fake.
Refused to honor their 10 year warranty on power supply, despite of me supplying them with an original proof of purchase/invoice from Amazon. The clueless and rude representative was claiming that it's not a valid invoice, even though Amazon reps specifically said this is the invoice you need to provide them for a warranty claim. Rubbish customer support and the 10 year warranty is a pure scam!

I got an EVGA 3090 and I can't be more happy with the way it runs and the looks are incredible. Such a fine product and their reward program is second to none. Got very lucky landing an EVGA. Would recommend
Great Customer Support
I have had great customer support with EVGA. The customer support I have had with EVGA in the past is why I continue to choose EVGA for my PSUs and GPUs.
The quality of their products is excellent!
ALL I buy is EVGA
ALL I buy is EVGA because they have beautiful designs, efficient products, amazing customer service and even better RMA system.
Terrible service
I recently tried to reach out to evga in order to get the rma for a 500 watt bq powersupply (broken 24 pin connector). I first started with a support ticket which took twice as many business days as they said it would. They then responded by trying to send me a replacement cable. The obly issue being the fact that i specifically said what power supply it was, and this powersupply doesnt allow you to replace the 24 pin connector. I have since sent in another ticket and it has been a few days without a response.

Loyal customer quitting EVGA
Let me start by saying that I have been an EVGA fan for years. I have exclusively bought their graphics cards for at least 15 years. I know supply chain problems have caused a great many businesses trouble recently. However, after registering my newest card in their “reserve a place in line” website many months ago, I have received no contact so that I can purchase a new card. I will be evaluating other brands for my next purchase!
Abysmal customer service. How much do they pay the EVGA fanboys?
On 23/11/21, my faulty 3080ti ultra FTW GPU was sent to EVGA by Umart due to being faulty. I have not heard a thing since.
This surprises me because I’d always been told EVGA has great customer service (I had never used them before for PC parts). It was only when I made some more inquiries that I found out they’re quite well known for taking longer in the RMA process than other like companies.
So yeah, I’ve got a doorstop of a PC here I can’t use because of this. At this rate, I probably won’t have a resolution before Xmas.
30/12/21 - Still no resolution. Last update I got on 23/12 is that the faulty GPU is still being processed, and there’s likely a two week delay because of “the time of year”.
This is abysmal customer service. EVGA should be ashamed. It does not take up to six weeks to determine a GPU is faulty. I sincerely hope they aren’t being dodgy and waiting for refurbished stock to become available to send me instead.
They should just give me the credit I’m entitled to.
Absolutely disgusting service
I sent my brand new DOA faulty product to EVGA RMA department in Germany, as they do not have any repair centres in the UK, it cost me £60, to send, and I had a terrible time getting it there, when it finally arrived, they sent a replacement out a week later, good news so far, 10 days later, I find out it's stuck in customs, and I have written 8 times, asking for a commercial invoice, so I can obtain my parcel, no response, and if I can't get the invoice, it's going back to EVGA in Germany, and I am £1400 down, no product, nothing, absolutely disgusting service.
