I used to be able to rotate users of the program to accept phone calls. It was one of two mouse clicks and it was done. No longer easy to use. Now it's a bunch of windows that open and now there is an extra charge for additional users. I would not recommend this program to anyone. I am looking for alternative programs.

Used minimally but everything worked as designed for the 13 years I used the service. Downside was the outrageous $40/line fee for porting numbers away from eVoice...left a sour taste after 13 good years.

I like the fact that I have a phone with it’s a bit much that I had to fill out a form just to be able to text people on the phone line. I don’t know anywhere else that does that. It just seems like a lot. I love to be able to just purchase the service and Phone calling and texting come with.

Company has done nothing to make improvements to their app for many years after many request. They finally release an updated app after much anticipation, but what a flop. It’s actually worst than the original. Less functions, less options, have to log out and back in to use a different company phone #.

I've been trying to get my 10DLC for my phone numbers for almost 6 months or more and they have made it extremely difficult. I'm constantly getting denied. They haven't given any solutions. No callbacks. No email responses. You're just left on your own.
