Great Company
I ordered a Denon AVR receiver with surround speakers and sub. Shortly after I completely changed my mind on what system I wanted, Exceptional AV handled this with no problem at all. Equipment arrived following day, first class equipment, first class service, first class value. If/when I need anymore AV equipment I will be going back to Exceptional AV.

We ordered a package of an AVR and 5.1 speakers. We knew the AVR was out of stock and we had an email asking if we wanted the speakers despatched ahead of the AVR which we selected. Speakers were delivered within 24 hours. AVR was delivered a week or so later. Delivery was tracked with a time slot. Fantastic value for money, excellent service. Will purchase here again.

Excellent products for cheaper prices…
Excellent products for cheaper prices than most places. Good communication with me on the update of my order.
Only negative was that I placed the order for fast delivery and got an immediate notification to tell me the items were out of stock. So I paid extra to get them quicker but received them weeks later. There was no indication on the website when I placed the order that the items were on back order.
Overall the items were of good quality and the customer service was good also.
