Was the second time using Rainer to transport us across Europe. As expected, he was very professional and accommodating to our nervous dog. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to travel with their pet.

What can I say about Execpets?
From first planning the trip until arriving at the destination - amazing!
Our pets were our major concern when relocating from the UK to Almeria. Darren, the owner of Execpets, immediately had the interaction of a true animal lover with our pug, Rocco and caring attitude with our 2 cats, Irie and Smudge. The vehicle was equipped with a camera ensuring we could have a constant view of the cats in the back area.
Apart from transporting us, Darren had the added task of ensuring my husband following behind in our vehicle, kept up....sometimes a problem arose when going through the tolls but Darren quickly got it sorted as with the pet check-in and eurotunnel and hotels.
Darren was interesting and often hilarious to converse with. My husband became 'the stalker' and Rocco, the pug...dirty dawg due to consistent passing wind!!
We can completely recommend Execpets for promptness, attentiveness, petcare, comfort, communication, friendliness, ensuring smooth travel from start to finish.

Excellent service transporting my 2 cats from Portugal to the U.K. Darren kept me updated at all times and went out of his way to make sure the cats were happy.

I cannot praise Darren enough! From the moment that he arrived extremely punctual...infact early, he was extremely professional and did everything he could to make my pet and myself comfortable for the journey to and from the hospital in Wetherby. Superb service for real peace of mind. We travelled with our dog from Andalusia to the uk;comfortable car, Daniel was a star, sorted hotel stops, excellent with the dog, a really easy, enjoyable journey despite the traffic queues in France. He dealt with all paperwork and the tunnel which was a load off our minds.Plenty of stops, never rushed , plenty of room for cases. A really lovely way to leave Spain and return to the UK, would highly recommend this service and Daniel in particular, wish you all the best.

Fantastic 5-star service. Collected my puppy and brought her home safely and happily. Communication was brilliant from beginning to end, I sent a message Thursday evening had a reply very quickly and Pandora was on her journey home the next day! I was kept me informed throughout the journey which I really appreciated. Friendly, caring, professional and clearly love what they do. Thank you for making everything so easy and worry-free. We first contacted ExecPets in December 2025 after comparing similar pet and owner transportation companies, as we and our two dogs were relocating to Southern Spain.
The website was helpful, informative and reassuring and positive reviews gave an indication of the service we'd be getting. Initially all our communication was via email but as the departure date approached we switched to WhatsApp and found that responses became almost instantaneous which was comforting when trying to keep on top of logistics.
Darren (the company founder and owner) was the driver for our journey and he ensured that all our paperwork for our dogs was correct before departure. The vehicle used is a high end Mercedes people carrier with bags of room for two human passengers, two dogs and our luggage. We departed promptly and Darren saw us through the pet check in at the Shuttle. Before we knew it we were checking into our first night's accommodation (the journey took three days) all booked by Darren and catering to our budget. Darren had a great rapport with our dogs and enough anecdotes to keep us all amused throughout the three days. He schedules in breaks for humans and dogs and will accommodate any unscheduled stops too. All in all I would recommend everyone to consider ExecPets for the needs of your pets and yourselves. Travelling in style with your pets, in a well equipped, comfortable vehicle and arriving hassle free and safely to start a new life is all we want and Darren and ExecPets delivered.

This company sent Daniel to collect my puppy from Dover after being impounded by the authorities and kept her for three days by mistake and no fault of her own

He brought her to Retford cared for her and made her feel at home on her trip north

I can not recommend these people high enough absolutely brilliant stepped in at last minute and 100% delivered as promised

First, I must say this service is incredible. We had stressed over getting our dog from the UK to the Balkans.

Our "old girl" does not do well away from her family. We did find a few other services, but what set ExecPets apart was they allowed the owner to travel in the van, with the animal(s) and for a very small (and extremely reasonable fee) bring a few luggage items.

ExecPets ensured our health certificates were completed properly, we had all documentation and were going to enjoy a smooth journey.

We were fortunate enough to have Daniel assigned. He arrived promptly at our location (even early) and loaded the bags in the van, the dog crate (if needed later) and dog bed.

He made hotel arrangements for us (we paid for our room) and was willing to drive us to dinner or a landmark nearby that we wished to see.

Daniel had bottled water, treats, bowls, a harness connector and bags for...nature's calls. He was fully prepared.

As for Daniel, he not only is a natural lover of animals - but they love him. Our Honey does not get along well with most people, but she was not only happy around Daniel, she felt safe with him. Including when she realised she was in France and tried to bolt back to the van to keep going.

We arrived right on time, and our dog was happy to be in her new home. When we return her to the UK at the end of summer, we definitely see ourselves using ExecPets again, as well as requesting Daniel.

If you are considering this journey and a service for transporting your pets, look no further and definitely ask for Daniel. You have my recommendation, and Daniel is "Honey Approved."

We moved our 2 cats from Hamburg, Germany to Bristol, UK. Both 6 years old- the 1st one is an 8kg big ginger boy and the second one a 5kg girl. The vehicle was large enough to comfortably hold both the pet carriers as well as ourselves in the back. We had the great pleasure to have Sami and her partner to drive us through 5 countries for 14h and it was a great, safe and very pleasant experience. The van was big, clean and comfortable, they even had space to help us bring few luggages, cat food and litter with us here in Bristol. The communication from day 1 was very professional, fast and clear. Everything was well explained by Sami. They even arranged the trip based on our preferences (we asked for a trip without a night stop in France and they made it happened). The journey was fantastic really and we can't thank Sami and Steve enough. 14h went so fast!! Sami picked us from home on time. The driving was very gentle and we felt very safe. Sami cared a lot about the cats and she checked on them and ensured they were doing fine at each stop. We had enough stops to eat, relax and stretch our legs. When we arrived in France (Calais), it was also a smooth experience for us- stress free as Sami took care if each detail and she knew what to do at each step- pet control (where to go and what to prepare), passport control for both countries. They dropped us in Bristol as expected, safe and happy! They even helped us to bring the luggage into the house. We are really grateful to Sami and we strongly recommend Exec Pets Ltd. It's also worth mentioning that our first exchange was with Darren. It was a very professional exchange and he provided all the necessary information, explained the quote he suggested and didn't put any pressure on us. After benchmking few other carriers we decided to select Exec Pets and we are very happy we made this choice. Thank you Sami and Steve, you made a 14h drive feel like a fast afternoon with great friends with superb discussions!

Daniels patience transporting 5 cats from Malaga to UK was fantastic. Excellent communication and caring for our cats. Made the journey a lot easier for us.

Daniel is a lovely guy, and was concerned as much about my experience as my dog’s throughout the journey. He checked in with me regularly as to how many stops me and my dog needed, if the temperature was right for us and if the speed he was driving at was comfortable. He knew when to chat and when I needed some quiet time and was genuinely caring towards my dog. Most importantly she was so chilled throughout our long journey and arrived at our destination in Spain healthy and happy. I’d thoroughly recommend Exec Pets. Thanks Dan 😊

Darren answered our requests four months ago when we knew we had to relocate from UK to Austria with our pets (parrot, rabbits and dog). He has been so friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end of the journey. There's none questions that Darren-execpets won't answer even I have been sending a lot of worries Nd questions. During the journey, he has been o nice and ensure we are safe Nd comfortable for the whole journey. He cared for our pets. Can't praise his service enough. Debbie and Nigel couldn't possibly have done more to make this a stress free move for my little cat. They provided a really large travel crate, which included a small litter tray and had space for her bowls. They appeared at my door on time having let me know what time they'd be arriving, and met us at the other end of the journey on time, and brought her all the way into the new place. I got updates through whatsapp all the way along the journey and honestly my little friend's part of this 120 mile relocation was the only stress-free bit! I can never thank them enough, best wishes, Sam

My driver, Sami, could not have been more helpful or flexible during our journey from LHR to Nottingham. Sami was so patient and drove me with my cat to the cattery, waited for it to open, helped with the largest cat carrier I've ever seen and my own lugguage, and was so understanding and empathetic about my very nervous cat. The driving was perfect, on time, courteous and yet I feel I've found a friend in Sami. She helped make my journey and the whole day enjoyable and put me at ease in what was for me a very stressful and tiring situation.
I can't recommend Sami and ExecPets enough.
