I was very wary of ordering via a Facebook ad from an Asian country. But the item they were offering was a good price so I took a chance. First they charged me the wrong sales tax but responded almost immediately refunding all of the sales tax and apologizing. Then the order stalled once it reached the US (they have an excellent tracking program).They immediately responded to my query by resending the order, even though I had not chosen to pay for mailing insurance. I found them to communicate quickly and helpfully and would order from them again in a heartbeat. Very satisfied.

Got this dress at a nice price and it fits comfortably, though softer fabric would make it even better.

Arrived within two weeks in neat packaging and at a fair price. Fabric quality feels good, comfortable fit and looks nice when worn. Overall satisfied with the purchase and service.

I never had it . 2 complains by mail, as King for a refund. The company answers me ok but we keep money for shiping …

Don’t buy from Exercisek. Ordered three magnetic metal cigar holders. They shipped cheap cable ties. Cigar will not fit. I advised them of their error and they offered $15 refund. I spent $95. Based on other reviews, it appears this is their business model.

I had ordered an Stardew Valley Christmas Calender and it came yesterday. I payed 60$ for it and the product is from Amazon for 20 Bucks available. On the website it was presented as the 160 version from pinterest. Sadly it wasn't in any way with it. It comes with broken pieces and the package was already broken from outside.

I ordered Remedy for Dark Spots from ExerciseK, expecting a product shipped from the US. Instead, I received KOEC for Dark Spots, a completely different product, shipped from China. Despite their misleading tracking system showing it would come from the US, they refuse to acknowledge the issue and claim the incorrect item was correct! To make matters worse, they offered a laughable $4 compensation and expect me to pay expensive shipping fees to return it.

Don't fall for this scam!

I purchased a set of outdoor permanent lights but got a set of TV lights. When I contacted them about it they offered me $25 as compensation. Looks like I'm not the only one who fell for there scam!! I'm gonna do everything i can to shut them down!

BEWARE…..It took over 6 weeks when I bought Holy Grail Tummy Control jeans. They were very poor quality nothing like they advertised. I’ve sent them many emails they said they couldn’t return money & it would cost way to much to send back since they came from China. It shows they shipped from Italy. In the end they said they would refund $7….they would never send a return label when asked. This is another name XORAXT Technolology Co.LTD…🤬🤬

I purchased a pair of jeans that are not as advertised and after several back and forth emails, they only answer once then you respond and wait up to 24 hours for their response, they offered me $2.00. Sketchy business, I would never recommend this company to anyone, quite the opposite.

I wouldn’t even give this company a 1 star. Total scam. The jeans I bought were terrible quality both in material and sizing. Went to do an “easy” return and they offered me $3, then $9. Wouldn’t give me my money back and wouldn’t take the product back.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. I made two orders and canceled one within minutes of making it...they said they couldn't cancel it, to try out their product, they promised I would love it. Got the jeans which I order the longest ones you can get, my daughter (who is 5'7") tried them on and they barely come to the top of her foot. So I asked for a refund. They told me shipping would be very expensive and they could compensate me 4US dollars!!! FOUR DOLLARS! after I spent almost $200 on their jeans.
Do not buy from here!!!!

Ñever again...took my money in seconds on 2/16/24 didn't get anything until 3/21/24.. jeans smelt horrible when i opened the package, not the material I expected, there is no give or stretch as advertised.... asked for my money back 3 weeks into waiting, I was told that that couldn't happen because the order was supposedly already on its way. Every time I send them an email it was the same thing please be patient, watch the tracking, no customer service. It was just always you just have to wait, please be patient... DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE $50 I SPENT 😡😡😡

I would give 0 stars if possible. I was so dumb to order something advertised via FB shorts! Order placed January 25. Package shipped from China over Austria/Europe to the US. Package got lost after alleged customs entry in US. It is March by now. It is a scam...of course it is! Stupid me! I am also spammed with pishing emails to private and work email. Avoid at all cost!!!

I wish I had checked reviews before ordering. I paid for express shipping but it took a long time to arrive. They sent me a bogus tracking number from the united states, however because I paid on PayPal I saw the actual tracking number where the item was really coming from - China. When it finally arrived, it was completely different from what I ordered. I ordered a woven black and white scarf, but received a cheap rayon printing of the pattern. Disgusting. Not worth the shipping material it came in. An expensive lesson to learn. I'm not even going to try to return it as I would have to pay for shipping it back. Nope.

Please don't buy from them , I feel for their Ad on IG . Wanted to buy neck stretcher device for 150 USD . First of all they overcharged me 20 USD. But reimbursed after I complained. Then they sent me just neck cast which cost 10 USD and totally not what I order . When I contacted customer service they were sarcastic and rude. Please be aware!
