This company is a scam and a fraud. Do not order!! Items are cheap and horrible and the “company” gives you the runaround on returns. I paid over $45USD and was offered a $4 return. My item was to be shipped from the UK, came from China, took 2 months and is awful quality and not what was ordered.

Avoid at all costs!!

total scam! tracking says the product comes from Ireland. you cant return or talk to anyone. NO SUCH THING AS RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
Total scam - its a Chinese business scam. DO NOT BUY!

The jeans I ordered took 8 weeks to come, and were nothing like what was featured on the site. I contacted them to initiate a return and they are refusing to (told me to give them to a friend!!), even though their return policy states I can return within 14days of receipt.

It's a scam. Absolutely horrible experience. The pants I ordered were nothing at all like what was shown. They looked like a 5 year old made them. It took 3 months for them to arrive.
I have had numerous emails with them (probably a bot) & was told to give the pants to someone else. They refuse to give an address to return them to.
They also overcharged me another $9 over what the charge was.
I am fighting this through my credit card company.

Do not buy from them. I purchased a pair of pants that were not as described. Since when do pull on pants have a side zipper - and a thin nylon one at that. They will not allow a refund because they say it is the correct item. Bait and switch

Holy hell what a nightmare of a company. I bought 2 pairs of the Farah pant and like others on here have experienced, they are not the same pants you see on the website. No elastic on the waist, the pants are so short they should be actual shorts. Took months to arrive and I almost wish they never had so I could dispute the charge. Requested to return for a refund I got the run around. I think it’s a bot that responds to my emails vs an actual person. Still working on it but not confident I’ll get anything back except free crappy short pants and a headache. DO NOT SHOP HERE. The worst.

Ordered Farah pant (which was meant to have elastic waist). The pants were nothing as described, looked nothing like the picture, cost double what they invoiced (according to my bank statement), not elastic, too small, too short (even though I selected long option), they are are scam. Please do not buy from these people $80 I could have donated to charity instead of giving to an unethical company that knows exactly what they were doing! Do yourself a favour and please avoid them 🙏

Terrible experience. No stretch fabric and just ok quality. No exchange and no refund . And they keep deleting my review

Received my order. Took weeks to arrive. Ordered size based on their recommendation. Sizing was too big. Also ordered petite based on height - too short. Contacted them requesting an exchange (not a refund).
Got this reply:

As we checked, the item/size we sent to you is correct.
In this case, return for exchange can not be supported by our warehouse.
You can also gift this item to friends.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

What is the point of having a return policy if they aren’t going to honour it?!! Nowhere in their return policy does it say they won’t accept a return if they sent you the size you ordered! Very disappointed. Will be asking for a refund to see if this is any different.

SCAM! Beware! why can't I put a zero or negative in this.

I ordered 2 mediums on May 26 and didn’t receive it until July 17!! I ordered a white and a blue pants. I knew something was wrong when I first opened the packaging for the white pants, I can tell right away that the material was bad even before unfolding it. Quality is so poor that you can see through the pocket linings and the zipper linings. The blue was too small even though it said it was a medium size.

When I tried retuning it, Monica at customer service asked for proof, which I sent photos. They offered to give me $6 for both pants in compensation and refused to give me a return authorization because she said shipping is too expensive. I said no way!

In my honest opinion, I think Exercisek high-jacked a legitimate business for their merchandise and are selling them as their own. Oh and yeah…Ophra would not have approved of their merchandise as claimed in the advertisement. SMFH!

I am fighting this with my credit card for a refund.

Absolutely poor quality! The pants are so thin and completely see through. When I emailed them for a refund this was there response: “Thanks for your kind cooperation. As our warehouse checked, your product has no quality issue.
You can let it dry after washing.
Sorry for the inconvenience it has brought to you. Your kind understanding would be highly appreciated.”

I wish I saw these reviews before doing business with exercisek.com. I was not satisfied with the pants I received due to gross misrepresentation of what was advertised and what I actually received. Despite the website stating “if you are unhappy…contact us within 30 days…”, when I reached to inquire about a refund/return, this is the response I received from them:
“As our warehouse checked, your product has no quality issue.
With some simple procedures, it can work as normal.
Sorry for the inconvenience it has brought to you…”…followed by this second response two days later:
“Thank you for your e-mail
We ship to you according to your order size. If it doesn’t fit, you can give it to someone else or buy another size
After all, returning the shipping cost you have to pay is not very cost-effective.”
DO NOT FALL FOR ADVERTISEMENTS FROM THIS COMPANY!

This website is a scam. I ordered 2 pants that arrived and were nothing like I ordered not to mention the sizing was all wrong. Very poor quality as well. When I asked to return for a full refund they refused to give me the return address stating it would cost me too. So they would like to compensate me with $3 USD and then $5USD when I actually paid $69.95 originally for them. They told me I should give it to someone else. I am now fighting my case with PayPal.

Be aware!!! This is a scam website. I placed an ordered over 2 months ago and finally it arrived and it didn’t fit well so I need to return it and they’re giving me the run around and avoiding my request.

Worst experience ever whish could share pics, but anyway here it is. I sent them this e-mail:

Just received the package but wasn't what I order 1st received only half of it. Paid for 4 and only got 2.
2nd the product you sent is not what you are advertising it is poor quality and it has a zipper which clearly on the pictures and fotos advertised doesn't has one. It supposed to be elastic on the waist and they are super ugly.
3rd on top of that you charged me $155.84 and at the end after compleating my purchase you added misterously 24.44 extra.
I need a full refund of 177.17 for the product I paid but clearly is not what I received at all.
Enclosed you'll find pictures and videos of the awful incomplete order you sent.
How can this be solved? It is pretty disappointing after waiting more than 30 days for it.

I bought 2 trousers. They are way too big for me. But I can not send them back. Just impossible they yell me. They gave me a compensation fort of 5 USD than 7 now 9USD. For pants I paid 65 USD . They just won’t reveal the return adress. So I can return the goods!!????

Ordered pants 13 days ago and they haven’t even shipped them. They gave me a tracking number and it’s just sitting in Poland. Do not order from them because you most likely won’t get your order and if you do I’m sure it’s crap quality.

SCAM !!! Stay away from this website. Their product are very bad quality and cost expensive. They make people think it’s from Germany or an European country but their in China. And when we ask them send the package back and get refund, they say “please give it to someone that could fit in it” , when I insist they say “ we can offer you 2% refund”. Not serious. Their website should be closed by the authorities !!!!

This is a terrible company - avoid at all costs! I wish I'd read the other negative reviews here before ordering from them. I ordered two pairs of women's pants from Exercisek in early June. They took over 5 weeks and several emails from me before they arrived. The items looked nothing like the photos that had led me to order them, and they were different sizes (despite both being size M on the label). I never would have ordered these garments if they had been accurately portrayed on their website. I wrote to ask how to return and to get a refund. Despite having a clear returns policy on their website, the company refused to accept a return/give a refund, and instead told me to "give them away". What? I'm fighting this but I am not hopeful. Do NOT order from them - you are giving your money away for nothing.
