Very prompt delivery, item as stated. Up & running in our home within maybe 15 minutes of arrival. Different menu system to our previous box, so getting used to that. TV images seem to be much clearer/sharper via this box.

Very Good Shopping Experience!
Purchased the newly released phone Galaxy S23 Ultra. From the official release to receive the phone although it took a lot of time, the delivery was very fast to Japan. This phone works very well, better battery, better performance, everything is better than my Galaxy s10 and iPhone 12. Now I'm the only person in this city who uses the amazing Galaxy S23 Ultra!

Dubious site with bad customer service
Ordered a lens from Expansys. Sure, the price was very good and you will be tempted by the price. The lens was listed as in stock but after I ordered it, I received an email saying that Expansys was waiting for stock fulfilment before it could send the lens out. When I contacted the customer support, a Akin Leung replied to say there was no stock at the moment and he could not tell me when the stock would arrive. However, he said that I could cancel the order if I wished. Many attempts at contacting Expansys for updates or further information were met with the same standard response.
In the meantime, the listing for the lens lens was changed to say "will order stock when order is placed" or something like that. This appeared to support Akin's assertion that there was no stock at the moment. So I waited. After a few days, the listing was changed to in stock with only 1 item available. I immediately contacted Expansys to ask if the stock had arrived and if it will be sent out soon. I told them that if there was only 1 unit in stock, it should be sent to me instead of being listed on the site as available. I received the same standard reply from Akin. After many frustrating emails after that with the same response from Akin, I mentioned cancelling the order. Akin was very quick to seize on it and immediately cancel the order. It seemed as if they were just waiting for me to cancel the order.
I do not know what is their business model or what is the purpose of making a buyer go through all that. All I know is that they do not seem genuine about honouring the deal and their customer service is horrible. I strongly suggest everyone stays away from them!
DOA and no response
Had 2 orders with Expansys.sg for a Samsung Buds 2 Pro and Jabra Elite 7 Active in 2022. The orders arrived fine and no issues. Decided to make a repeat order of the Jabra Elite 7 Active in Jan 2023. Item arrived in Feb 2023, almost a month later. The item was defective with the left earbud not working. Contacted Expansys numerous times but no response at all. They are good when there are no issues. But when you face a problem, they are not there to support you.
Late delivery without any response!!!

It was promised to be delivered within 2-3 days and obviously the delivery was already late. I have already sent email to the customer service department, without any responses. I visited the website, and it was stating that “ We are currently awaiting the stock required to fulfil your order. ”, but the website states that the product is in stock with 6 more products available!! How come the stock has to be awaited???? Please follow up and at least I have to know the situation.
Complete & Utter Customer Service Failure
Ordered a week ago. Item was listed as in stock. Expansys.com.sg acknowledged the order, billed my credit card for the full amount, said I'd get confirmation that the order was processed in 1-2 business days. Since then, I've written multiple emails - none have been answered, except for an auto-generated "we'll reply" mail. Complete fail. I've asked them to cancel the order. They haven't even responded to that. If you don't have an item in stock, be honest with customers. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. Never doing business with Expansys again.
