I want to cancel my order since you are not answering my calls or emails, and I cannot trust your website and company.
I called Expansys hk many many times, but they are not picking up my call.
And they mentionned in the website that delivery of my product will be in 1-2 days, but no product has arrived with no email reply and call.
Please proceed to cancel my order and if you are not canceling my order and no reply,
I will take legal action to get this refund both from Korea and Hong Kong.

I ordered a phone but somehow the order wasn't processed by them. After two weeks my credit card redrew the payment.
During those 2 weeks I spent time writing several Emails: no reply.
I tried to call: two numbers I found in WWW did not pick up.
This site is scam. Never order from here.
They never reply by email, and it is their only CS channel.
And they insist my order is shipped, but their tracking number is wrong (or they put the wrong address and phone number for my parcel)
But there is no channel to adjust it and get help about it.
Of course, there are no methods to cancel the order and get a refund.
This site is totally a scam.
Ducky One 3 Fuji Series can't track shipping
Ordered "Ducky One 3 Fuji Series 108 Keys Full Size" with standard AU - DPEX/Toll (Tracking Avail) 18 days ago. Website says 3-9 which is when I'm assuming the package is shipped and have heard no news on it and not even able to track it with order tracking. I've sent a couple emails and not a single response with the package details or current status which I requested. Worried that my package is lost or worse I've been scammed but keeping high hopes, hoping this review can do something. If anything worse happens I'll have to contact paypal or the website and request a refund. When my package arrives I'll change my review to better suit. Currently hoping the package is either on it's way just slow or another will come if it's lost, otherwise the ACCC is an option!
Have not had any response from Expansys…
I have not had any response from Expansys Support. After many emails I have been ghosted for over a month after placing an order (for over $240AU), over what I was told was a simple postal address issue.
16/02/2023 9:00am Update:
After giving my feedback at Expansys forums (All of which got promptly removed) I still got no Expansys feedback even though clearly they were monitoring me.
2 weeks ago I took my complaint to PayPal, and surprisingly Expansys responded the next day requesting me to retract the complaint from Paypal, but I gave them 2 weeks (until tomorrow) to return the funds before I escalate it. Hopefully, this all ends soon. All correspondence since their reply has been through PayPal, including forwarding of their comments, and my last reminder last night.

I cannot reach them via email. No other way of communication.
I have ordered and paid for a powerboard on the Expansys website on 25/01/23 and have not received any confirmation when the item will be delivered.
I sent them multiple emails to get a delivery status update as I had not received any communication from them.
I received an automated reply saying that a rep would contact me, no rep has contacted me.
The only way to communicate with them is by an email, support ticket
or support forum. I have now tried all 3 channels with no response except an automated reply.
A quick search on google about Expansys reviews shows similar experience by many other customers- Expansys use shonky advertising and retail practices.
I have given you 5 days notice and I have contacted my credit card to get a Refund.

Do not buy from this website!!! I repeat do not. They do not honour warranty claims so if something goes wrong you are on your own. Worst possible customer service. They are not based in Australia so you have no rights as a consumer. Buyer beware

I bought from them 2nd time. This time the same problem(the last time I received an item after a few weeks), but no response from the company after a week. The payment was made, by the way, on the day of order placement. I have sent two messages to them but received only an automatic reply. I hope they will see at least this review.

Ordered the Apple HomePod mini 2 weeks ago from Singapore Expansys website, I still have not received the item, sent multiple emails without reply. I won’t be surprised, if ever the product get delivered, it would be in working condition and it will spiral further downward from there.
This online shop is by far the worst online shopping I had ever come across.
It looks like a reputable online shop, but seems otherwise.
Be warned, if this review ever see daylight.

Shipped the next day from the warehouse and email inquiries were answered within 24 hours.
However, the online status on their site is broken and cannot check tracking. At the time of writing this review, tracking with the shipping carrier is recommended.

Ordered over a week ago, no update on shipment despite the website saying it is in stock. I also paid a premium fee on delivery.

As the title says, I had a minor issue with delivery address that I contacted the team through email in order to resolve. They never got back to me at all, and were absolutely no help in resolving the issue. Do not use this website for purchases if you expect any amount of customer support at all. From previous reviews, it seems like this is a widespread issue.
They also sent me an email after I eventually got my package offering me a $30 USD coupon for a 5 star review. Ironic that the review email communication is top notch when they can't even email me back about my issue.

I bought a S22 phone from Expansys in July and that got some issue, some manufacturing defect, and since i imported from US, it was not covered by Samsung, USA. I sent it back to Expansys, HK for a fix. I would admit there has been issues with communication related to delayed responses, i think the only area Expansys needs to work on, but finally i gotna solution. When they found tht the part was not available, they refunded the entire cost of phone. 8 would also like to name a representative named Melissa, she is very nice and the one who followed up on my case to closure. So I am one happy customer..waiting to buy S23 after the launch from Expansys only.
Stay Away
Stay away! I ordered a OnePlus 2T phone with 3-6 day delivery. Also they ask for ID documents after placing the order which is crazy. It's been 2 weeks since I placed the order. No contact, not responding to emails, my order number is apparently is also invalid. I've logged a request to my bank for a refund. Who knows how long that will take!

Website gone silent
Bought a watch on the 9th, they have gone silent. Just read the posts on the website, it's happening to everyone! Stay away, this company must have folded, but still taking payments hoping that you'll just drop the case. Reporting domain.
Edit: 19/01/23 - I've asked for a refund through the info email, received a response today to say my purchase will be refunded with a confirmation email. Hasn't answered any of my other emails, nor explained anything.
Edit: 21/01/23 - I got my money back, then the audacity of asking how good their customer experience was.
If you bought something, just ask for a refund or you'll do a charge back, they'll quickly give your money back.
