Fantastic bicycling Tour company
My husband and I have done 12-13 tours over 12 years with this company. We have also cycled with other companies in locations where XP does not offer tours, and keep coming back to experience plus. From the moment we peruse the website, book the tours, interact with the front office, meet the tour guides, and cycle the planned route, every moment is professional. The front office answers any questions about the tour planning and ride profiles, helps book extra days at hotels on the front or back end of the tour, and sends out the GPS routes before we even leave the States. While on tour, the multilingual tour guides help us navigate the culture, arrange cultural experiences, point out cafe, food or water stops along the way as well as scenic vistas. Besides GPS, one of the XP (experience plus) guides leave an hour before us in the morning and mark the route with chalk arrows. Therefore you can follow your GPS or you can follow the arrows.
Our most recent trip was to Bavaria where we spent 11 days cycling to scenic and historic towns, experienced authentic cuisine and even as a vegan they made sure I had a good food experience as well. The provided bicycles are well maintained with a choice of road, hybrid or even ebike.
