Fast efficient service that helped me fix a scanning problem on a tight deadline project. My scanner kept putting a dark line down the side of my scans. It only occurred when using the automatic document feeder, not when flatbed scanning. I cleaned everything I could think of, but it kept occurring. The advice and help from the technician fixed the problem. Best of all, the service was available after midnight; approximately 1am - 2am in the morning. That's service!

I was not happy that apple will not work with a customer without charging a fee just to talk and then told they would not be able to help me. It would be different if they would discuss the issue, then if they could help request a fee to complete a request.
