Reliable collection & delivery
I was a bit hesitant to use this company as I couldn't find any reviews for them. However they were half the price of any other bike services I could find, and As soon as I had booked it I had a phonecall to confirm the details and to apologise that their system had been a bit slow to update so the Bike might be within 45 minutes after the pick-up time I'd booked. So minus one star for the slight delay, but overall positive as they addressed it and managed expectations right away. The driver called as soon as he arrived to pick up the package and it was delivered within half an hour of him leaving us. So no complaints there. The driver did just have a back-pack to put the package in, and I wasn't asked about measurements at the time of booking online, so you would need to be aware of that limitation when booking or phone them to clarify.
