Awful!

Awful!! It could not have been worse. I was diverted from the US Postal site unknowingly to Expresspassport. They CANNOT provide the services I needed because it had to be done in person. However, I did not get that information until I gave my CC information thinking it was for the US Post office. I immediately tried to cancel and requested to do so via email twice, tried calling ( no answer), and found no methods on their website. To this day , over two months later, no response from them to me. However, they are telling my CC company and BBB that I didn't use their appropriate cancelation form that they need to provide. They have never provided such a form so keeping my money for no service and no access to their form is a scam.

I have all my documents and will go to court!

So five days ago, I received a response with an apology and a claim they would out to me in another form. Five days... nothing...no email, no call, no snail mail.

Complete scam

Paid for expedited passport company took my money and ran. Received “fake” customer service emails where the responses were automated and every phone line unavailable. Essentially this company takes your information, money and runs. At some point they may have been legit but no longer are. I would NOT recommend this service.

Worth every penny

Worth every penny! I booked a trip a couple of weeks out and realized that my passport was expired. It's a long drive to the passport expediting office from where I live and I would have had to miss a whole day of work, plus gas and time to deal with an express renewal. I filled out the forms, triple-checked them, and walked through the process with an agent on the phone, then sent my documents out via Fedex. I got email notification during each step of the process, and my new passport arrived at my house five days later, with plenty of time to spare before my departure. Great service!

This company is a scam and is preying on children's private information

This company is a scam and potentially identity theft!
And even worse they are preying on children and frudalently gathering their personal information and then trying to charge the parents 75 to delete it. These people should be in jail. I'm so incredibly worried my children's information has been severely compromised. Please please please don't fill this in. After they charge you there is no way to get all the info back, you are charged and it goes nowhere. We have called the credit card company and alerted them this is passport fraud and possibly identity theft...the credit card company cancelled the transaction...but the damage is done. I realize even if they say they have deleted the info (which they haven't because I can't get ahold of them) it is still out there because data is never really gone in cases like this...please learn from others mistakes here.

We are registered couriers with the US Dept of State - we renew this registration annually, and as part of being granted this registration we must adhere strictly to all federal guidelines. We are certainly not a scam. We are disappointed to hear that your experience was not the easy and positive experience so many of our customers have. Not a government site

Not a government site
There is little indication up front that they are not an official government site or that they are just a processing service.They appeared very similar to the Canadian passport site layout so it was not immediately clear what was going on. They took billing information up front and charged immediately before I could discover I was mislead. I have been unable to get through via phone for hours now to cancel the transaction.

Is personal data safely removed after cancellation

Like others i also had to pay 75 dollars to cancel once i realized that it is not the gov
site.

Now i am concerning about my personal information. they are charging 75 dollars of cancellation fee to remove personal data safely.

Charged me $217 to fill out a form I…

Charged me $217 to fill out a form I can get for free from the government, then didn't even submit it! Form had no instructions like the government form does, and never kept me apprised of the progress! After two months of nothing happening, I filled out my passport application at the passport office and cancelled my application with express passport (express - really???). Cancellation fee - $125! $125!!!
Stay away.

75$ to fill out a form

Like others, I was scammed. I thought I was legitimately filling out information on the proper government website. The site is unclear, and I did not look as carefully as I should have as I was hastily trying to get this task done. In the end, I am the one who made the mistake to not read the fine print, but I am very upset that not 1 minute after I filled it out, did I realize and called to change it and they still felt happy to take my $75. It feel very tricky, as I had typed in passport renewal form Canada and this site came up. I assumed it was an express way to get your passport done through the government, not a third party company charging you to fill out a form. Anyways, I do not reccommend this company, there is no need to take such a large sum of money from people who never intended to use their service. I assume this is set up this way for them to make quick cash. They need to make their website more clear.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE! Either do the application on government website or go into government office. This is a scam. No need at all for this process. Even if you are in a rush get it expedited through your local government office. Again DO NOT USE this website for passport application! I had not read the terms clearly and assumed that my actual passport fees were included in the amount that I had paid. Unfortunately people like this exist in this world and love to steal money from people! DO NOT USE! Any good review must have been made by the company itself!

Scam??

Filled out info online, had a few interactions over missing info. Now that I’ve sent all my info tho, I’m unable to get a response from them at all. I’m concerned now, that this is a scam from the start, hopefully the decent reviews aren’t fake too.....time will tell I guess

So I can’t reapond directly to their response, so I’ll add it here, and hopefully this still makes sense.
Imagine my surprise to NOT receive any communication either.....I get it that I’m theory, you have automated response, and individual representatives, which I’m not denying I’ve spoken to. My issue is now that I’ve provided all the additional information, that mind you was only “half populated” via the app(document pages) that the response has stopped completely, which is kind of nerve racking given that I’ve provided ALL my personal information. All I’m asking is for you to provide the services you outline PRIOR to providing information, as well as after the process is “complete”, and not just regurgitate what the website says, without ACTUALLY providing said communication

Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage! I unknowingly filled out the application with the notion I was filling out a government issued passport renewal application (in a rush and embarrassingly not doing my due diligence, so this part was complete fault of my own). Minutes after filling out the paperwork I realized it was a third party service and cancelled immediately as I didn't require their assistance and the situation was thoroughly explained to them. They charged me $75 to essentially delete my sensitive information and cancel my application. There was no service whatsoever given to me and yet a charge of $75 remains- I assume this is the only way they make any money. Such a scam and I'm in complete disappointment and disbelief of this entire situation.

Could not be more upset.

Could not be more upset with how the website is structured. It is literally structured to steal your money. The VERY FIRST thing you do is pay*** whether knowingly or unknowingly. Immediately asks for credit card information which seemed to be normal enough but it immediately charges your card and they even charge you another 75$ to cancel it. Super Trash organization, wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy regardless of the situation.

I am in awe of Express Passport

I am in awe of Express Passport and the company's service. Monday I discovered my passport had expired and our international trip was to begin 12 days later. That day I used the company's website to download the application form, Tuesday I had the passport person at my USPS check the app, Tuesday morning I talked to your employee (I believe her name is Marie) and she was incredibly helpful. She was re-assuring, informative, extremely courteous. I downloaded the FedEx address from the email she sent, and got the package off to Philadelphia (from the middle of the country) on Tuesday afternoon. Marie had told me I should have the new passport no later than Monday, a week after my discovery. But, the passport arrived around suppertime today, only the fourth day after I sent the packet to the Philadelphia office. Wow! I definitely would give Express Passport my highest possible endorsement; it was a pleasure to work with a company that provides such effective and efficient service.

Extraordinarily efficient and user…

Extraordinarily efficient and user friendly!
I was updating my airline reservation info one week prior to a European departure when I discovered that my passport had expired 7 months prior.
I purchased the Express Passport one-day service and had a new passport in 48 hours, delivered to my residence by FedEX Express First Overnight.
The phone interview was especially important because my printer did not print some of the important numbers on the online US State Dept. application (which I did not realize). The interviewer guided me through every step of the application process to ensure success.
