Thank you for your review. We are sorry you have not been happy with your experience. Unfortunately, where we believe a claim is not likely to be successful we are unable to continue with the case. In this instance, following initial details being obtained and investigations made, we clearly advised you of the problems the claim faced in establishing negligence. However, the claim was submitted and liability was denied. As the claim did not have reasonable prospects of success, following further communication with you explaining the reasons, the claim was closed. Whilst we understand this will be disappointing to you, we would not wish to give false expectations and incur unnecessary costs on your behalf. If you would like to further discuss the particular reasons your case was not able to proceed, please contact our offices.

Excellent experience
It took 3 minutes to receive a call from the solicitor after completing online form. The person who called was very friendly, polite, helpful and understanding of the situation. After the call soon I received all documentation. Would 100% recommend to friends and family.
