Great sash windows, they were delivered on time too

I bought a bifold door from them a year ago...I was skeptical because of the low price compared to other manufacturers on the market. I can say that I made the right choice.

Great company. Designed on line at a great price compared to others. I then confirmed over the phone using their call back system, which was within the hour, for clarification and payment. Delivered the time they stated and the door looks great fitted. Very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

I was given an estimated delivery date at time of order, this date was improved upon and supplier kept me informed. Door arrived fully assembled, well packaged with all necessary door furniture

I was able to speak to someone over the phone for advice and they were extremely helpful. The door was delivered with care and on the date advised/suggested. The driver rang beforehand, making it easy to be ready and available.

100% the best customer service in the industry! Website is sleek and foolproof to use and no matter what question you have to ask, there is always someone at the end of the phone. Nothing is too big or small and the turn around on response is second to none. Imogen delivers continously by providing updates and confirmations throughout. A company where you can easily get in contact with a director is rare nowadays however Dan has a team that exceeds expectations and will always pick up the phone when and where necessary. Had a quotation from my original window supplier which I thought was well overpriced so I decided to take a chance on the quality of the doors provided by this company….my god I was blown away that the quality appears far better and the price was far far cheaper …lots of thanks going out to this supplier for being so well reasonably priced in a major credit crunch. After looking around price was great liked how i could design door online easy to use could see what door i had basically made .
Put my order in got a delivery date (12 days) an delivery on the day stated could not of been any easier as long as your measurements are right this company definitely delivers right would highly recommend

First time I've considered ordering doors from on line source. Can't fault the product or the service. It was a very simple to order process , but detailed and very accurate. I got exactly what I asked for and it fitted perfectly, will buy again. Ps , good price too! Thank you.

Verry good customer service, quick reply's, prompt delivery. But when door was fitted it wouldn't close as one of the hinges was fitted incorrectly and would not allow the door to drop, so it had to be bodged and the door ended up on the not square, after fare few emails with explanation, pictures, measurements and form field in, they agreed that frame was faulty and send me new one, they even refunded the cost of extra fitting (that is why it is 3 stars not 2). But when new frame came, it had light damage and after fitting would not close again as they fixed the problem with hinges, but this time the lock on the frame was fitted on a not square and too far in so it was not enough of adjustment to make door close, we had to file it down. I understand that you can make mistake, but they made it again even on replacement product. Not value for money, as I had wasted so much time to get the door that functions.
