Ordered a pair of progressives, they didn’t get them right, tried again, still wrong. Tried one more time and they got me to upgrade my lenses so I paid extra for my replacement lenses. They still got them wrong! Not sure what it was with this order because I have one pair of progressives from them that are perfect. I guess that’s why I was willing to try again. I contacted the to see if I could at least get the extra amount paid on the replacements since the glasses are not useable. Nope. So now I’ve paid even more than I did originally and still don’t have glasses I can wear. If you have single vision they are probably okay, but they really can’t do progressives and you will be out a bunch of money because the whole replacement thing is pretty much a scam. My eye doctor warned me. Would have been cheaper if I’d listened. Also they don’t publish anything but positive reviews on their site. I gave these frames a positive review but said they might be tooo small for progressive folks and they didn’t publish. I guess they want to get others trapped in their bad return policy. Make you life easy go someplace else for your glasses.

it’s pretty easy. The only thing that’s confusing are the lens selections doesn’t really explain what standard plus is the blue lights are a little confusing but they’re good price and I ordered two pair.
