I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order from EyeBuyDirect (Order #124827010). I have already requested two replacements, yet the glasses are still not correct.

During the initial order, the necessary information—such as segment height and PD—was not requested until after the glasses had already been produced and shipped. With the second replacement, the transition placement was set too low, requiring me to tilt my head back significantly in order to read. This has caused headaches and blurry vision due to the constant need to adjust my head position. Kaiser Permanente also attempted to adjust the second pair, but the issue remains unresolved. I have been trying to make the glasses work, but I can no longer continue to do so.

This ongoing back‑and‑forth has become extremely frustrating, especially since I rely on my glasses daily for computer work. By the end of the day, my neck is strained from holding my head in an unnatural position just to see the screen. I have attempted to resolve this through chat and phone support, but the repeated miscommunication and lack of resolution have been exhausting.

At this point, I am requesting a full refund so that I can purchase glasses through Kaiser, my HMO, and move forward without further delays. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt resolution.

The glasses were very clear on sizing. That was something I liked as I could compare it to my current measurements on a pair of glasses I love. Pricing is alright but after adding all of the other things on, it is easily the same price as glasses from an actual in-person store. Somethin I wish worked better was the login/logout system. The website does not keep me logged in for very long and it can be very frustrating. Overall, good experience, average pricing, but could use some refinement on the website itself.
