I love the ease of being able to have our staff order exactly what they want from the restaurant without me having to collect the orders. The restaurant then clearly labeled each order so it was easy for everyone to get their order with no guess work.

Presentation was great and the food was delicious! There were a few sandwiches that the bread fell apart when picked up but we had plenty of food so it wasn't an issue.

Our company, a Fortune 500 organization, has been using the Relish app (owned by ezCater) to provide on-site employee lunches in Hillsboro over the past several years. However, the value and quality have been consistently disappointing. The portions are small relative to the price, and the vendor selection is very limited—typically the same few restaurants, many of which offer mediocre food at best.
Given that many restaurants are located nearby, I looked into the situation further. After speaking directly with several restaurant owners, I learned that the platform reportedly charges substantial additional fees—around 25~30% on top of the original cost. As a result, restaurants either raise prices or reduce portions to offset these fees, which ultimately impacts employees. This fee structure also discourages higher-quality restaurants from participating, as they find the terms unsustainable.

The food was pretty good, but if I’m being honest, the company seems extremely cheap and appears to be very tight with the amount of food they provide for the amount of people I purchased it for. I spent over $300 and they don’t even provide napkins and utensils for the food which is ridiculous. Each pan of food that I purchased was for 10 people. However, the pans of food did not match up with the numbers that I paid for, it was significantly less and was minimal in comparison. Luckily everyone did not come in for breakfast so we did not fall short, but I will not be using them again because the food amount based on the price just don’t add up. Very disappointing!
