She was extremely helpful, checking stock & suggesting other items we might like.
Nothing was a bother.
we are now all sorted with our new furniture & new Christmas decorations all from your lovely bubbly sales assistant!!

Pure Quality Store!
We had superb customer service in EZ Living Interiors in Ballymena. The staff are so well trained and so patient. Getting the right fabric took time and we had offers of going to natural light outside etc numerous times.
Kaitlin was fabulous. It was a joy working with her and her knowledge of the sofa company and the fabrics was really useful in our decision making process.
A short time ago we bought an Alexio chair in the Coleraine store and it was an equally positive experience.
We will certainly return to an EZ Living store for other furniture in the future. Quality and value for money in equal measure.

Exemplary customer service
Cannot praise the staff at Ballymena EZ Living highly enough. Michele in particular has gone out of her way to be friendly, welcoming and helpful on every occasion that I have been in the store. She has helped me choose various items of furniture, and has always been knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Communication between Michele and the customer cannot be faulted. Ez Living are fortunate to have her on their team.
Overall this is a beautifully presented store with great products and staff.

We visited Ballymena store were made very welcome the minute we arrived by Paul even was offered a cup of tea. Our visit was pleasant and was not rushed. Paul was a great help very knowledgeable and nothing was a bother to him. Looking forward to the delivery of mybnew sofa.

Great service
From the assistance in-store to delivery, I cannot fault the team at Ballymena.
The delivery team Connor & Conor were very polite and helpful and did a nice job getting all the furniture into place and putting it together. Always smiling and work well asa team.
Paul in store was very helpful amd spent the time with us selecting the furniture and was a pleasure to deal with.

From we stepped into the premises
From we stepped into the premises, it was so well laid out. You feel you're walking into a beautiful home.
On looking at the bed secton a member of staff showed us the mattresses that we're suitable.
The ordering and paying was easy, and the mattress was delivered on time.

Long wait …
Staff very helpful but didn't realise that the items I wanted had to be ordered and will not be available until January 2026.
Had I been able to source the furniture elsewhere I would not have placed yhe order. Will just have yo be patient.
