Excellent customer service Christopher McDowell
Visited the Banbridge store and was greeted straight away by friendly staff who were very attentive, offered complimentary coffee, they let us have our space to browse as the store has an outstanding variety of furniture. Very good quality furniture everywhere we looked in the store. Found some pieces of furniture we liked and Christopher provided a tape measure to me as i had forgot my own. Decided to purchase 4 items and Christopher took all the rrquired details for organising delivery. Excellent service all round and will be back for future purchases

Lovely shop with very helpful staff
My mum and I visited the Banbridge branch to get some accessories for my house. They have some beautiful options and it was great to get some at a reduced price. We were helped by a lovely staff member Christopher, who was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Jade King on Saturday. Such a lovely member of staff no hard sell , very informative and extremely helpful with our purchase. Fantastic Experience - Jade King
We were in store on Saturday for a browse my partner and I have just bought our first home. We got chatting to Jade who had a wealth of knowledge and was more than happy to assist us. Sofa is amazing
Sofa is amazing. The assistant manager couldn’t have been more helpful. He was aware we couldn’t wait long for our sofa delivery and done everything he could for a fast delivery. It was delivered the following week and the delivery drivers also couldn’t have been nicer!
