We called into the Coleraine store and purchased some living room furmiture and a mattress from Richard who demonstrated excellent customer services skills, was polite and knowledgeable and we are confident that he is doing his best to ensure are items will be delivered as soon as possible

Great service and lots of choice
We recently purchased a dining set in the Coleraine store, Cherise was very helpful. She showed us all the different types of tables and also how they extended, also taking one of the chairs to the door to let us see the exact colour. We were given a quotation of the price but she wasn't at all pushy which is the first thing puts me off buying anything. we went home and thought about it, after going to view it again we went to Cherise again to buy the set, great service and lovely friendly staff member .
