Just bought a beautiful chair for my kitchen & had a very good shopping experience in the Holywood Exchange shop. No pressure from staff just extremely helpful 👌 advice when requested. Also wanted to buy a side table and Phil (one of the staff) was helping by bringing over a different selection to sit beside the chair. Would highly recommend this shop for quality of the products and

He was professional, approachable, and made the whole buying process very quick and straightforward. He also went the extra mile by helping me load the box into my car, which I really appreciated.

Super friendly staff
Lovely store with loads of amazing furniture. always seem to have sale on or discount’s available. Only have to wait a week for dining chairs to arrive. Salesperson Rich Chambers was great. We were able to take a chair home to check colour which was great. Will definitely purchase from them again.

I recently purchased dinning room…
I recently purchased dinning room furniture and a settee. The sales assistant Rich Chambers was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He talked me through the measurements and functions of the furniture. When the delivery arrived both Ricky Melson and Jason Downey put it together carefully with no disruption to the living room and no mess. The only downside to my purchase is the disconnect between front of house and the delivery section. I was expecting my settee around 12th May but this didn't arrive until 22nd. When I contacted the store in Hollywood staff were polite and helpful but could not advise me of a delivery date as they had no contact with delivery service. I had cleared my old suite to make room for the delivery so had over a week with no were to sit.
