Tenant experience review
Tenant here—Initially had a bit of trouble due to some miscommunication/misunderstanding regarding my pre-requirements for the flat before moving in. However, Declan stepped in and quickly resolved the situation: he managed to get professional cleaning as well as the bed removed within just a couple days, and thanks to that, I was even able to move in 2 days sooner. The timing was relatively short (I put in an offer for the flat and got referencing done within less than a week to move in the following week), but everything went smoothly. Also, communication has been great since—Declan has shared my secured deposit certificate and inventory report in due time, he replies to emails fast, and he's always trying to help. Thank you!
Landlords AVOID
Landlords AVOID. Reviews on here are clearly fake. The two guys who run this company are crooks and working with contractors to charge as much as possible for minor repairs. Instead of getting the original contractor back out to fix the shoddy job, they will pay someone else and then when they also don’t fix it properly, they will pay someone else yet again. So you’re paying three times for something that’s still not fixed and they don’t care when you try to explain how ridiculous this is. Absolute rip off. They often carry out these repairs without checking with you first as they are supposed to and say sorry it was urgent so we didn’t have time to notify you. Absolute chancers. They are at it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I’ve been in an ezytrac managed property for many years and not all their portals have worked which has been frustrating, but most interactions with staff have been positive where they’ve been professional, friendly and helpful. Throughout our tenancy so far we've needed a few repairs and Shara has been very responsive in scheduling them and moving things forward. The excellent communication really gave us peace of mind going forward.

5 stars and more for Shara specifically. She has been our maintenance coordinator for the past few months while being amazing at it.
She very promptly responds to our queries, chases after contractors to schedule the works and checks in with us regarding the timelines and if the issues have been fully resolved.

Unprofessional staff with very little knowledge within their area of responsibility
Renting through Ezytrac has been a very strange / very unprofessional experience.
On moving in – due to their admin error – I was promised one date and then a day before – they just texted me to say - my move in will be delayed by 10 days????
When I finally moved in – flat was dirty , utterly disgusting – Ezytrac should consider themselves lucky - I did not report them to Healh&Safety regulator.
During the tenancy – maintenance issues were dealt with in a very basic / unprofessional manner.
Coordinator SHARA – is bizarrely “noisy” yet clearly does not understand her role. Initially I thought she was an AI assistant.
She is clearly inexperienced and requires structured training – again, responsibility is with Ezytrac to prepare and manage their staff.
Shara just talks endlessly – making no sense or progress – probably just likes sound of her own voice!
Ezytrac is a – Property Management company – Tenants are main source of their income.
My feeling is that they are only focused on pleasing Landlords and seem to have very negative attitude towards their Tenants ?
When I moved out – my deposit re-payment was handled by LYN and CHRISTINE.
They waited exactly 2 weeks to get in touch – day prior to releasing deposit – they managed to “squeeze in” – in reality - non existent issue of pre-paid top-up Insite meter?
By this time I was utterly exhausted just reading their uninformed communications..then again waited another 2 weeks to pay the deposit back – regardless of the fact that it was returned in full /??
Again – you get this underlying feeling that Ezytrac staff are there to relentlessly and inappropriately harass their tenants.
I would never rent with them again.
To be fair to them – company is based outside London and maybe they just do not understand London market.
On the other hand – they had plenty of time to learn.

I was lucky enough to fall upon the recommendation to use Ezytrac from a friend of mine, just as I was beginning to enter the property market. Since then (about seven years ago), I have had no complaints what so ever about any of the Ezytrac team. I am used to working with close knit professional teams myself so I can see this team as being one of those. I have mentioned previously a few of the Ezytrac employees on this portal as being steadfast professional individuals. This time, I would like to say a thank you to CJ Ambata, Customer Services Team Leader, who always reacts promptly to any of my inquiries (as they all do) to reply with positive constructive answers in any return mails.
