After a disappointing experience at Wigan branch due to poor communication, Darren the Area Manager called me and recommended I take my car to their Ashton-In-Makerfield branch for completion of my MOT.

Dan and his team at the Ashton-In-Makerfield branch were absolutely superb. This place is now my go to garage and I will be highly recommending it to others.

Dan was incredible. He fit me in at the last minute and gave me excellent clear advice. This man deserves a pay rise!

I honestly can't thank Dan and his team enough. It is hands down the best experience I've ever had at a garage and am actually looking forward to going back in the future.

Thank you to Dan and his team, you have all be exceptional. I would give this place a 6* rating (and higher) if it where possible.

First Class service from Jack the Manger. Jack is excellent. No problem going the extra mile and listening to the customer. You need to keep hold of this guy because there not many like him. He builds up an air of trust right from the first conversation. I had been in to the Wigan branch this morning and was quoted £315 to have 2 front discs and pads fitted to A nissan Juke. I thought that was to expensive, so i went Aston. Jack quoted me £250 for the same job. what I do not understand is why the price is different it is the same company, Jack is trying to build the busiiness up for repeat work and keeping everyone happy.This is how the business should be run. I cannot thank Jack enough and this rating should be a lot higher than 5 . It should be 100.
I would recommend Jack to anyone unresrvedly.

Cannot fault these guys at all. Always helpful, professional and polite. They will always explain things to you and will be honest about the work that either needs or doesn't need doing. Have used them since they opened and would not take any of my cars anywhere else now

Customer service said 5 days ago they would contact me about the bad service I received, no call no email no nothing. Such a poor after sales service. Go to a garage that actually takes genuine interest in their customers, and doesn’t leave them stranded with a flat tyre causing damage to your car as you then have to drive it to another garage on a flat, just so bad in this day and age. Do a lot better!!!!!

Speedy service, friendly staff and excellent result. Sorted my slow puncture out within half an hour of arrival. Brilliant!

What can I say about these guys, absolutely first class great customer care dedicated to helping fantastic bunch of lads honest as the days long, get your car to theses boys you won’t be disappointed, took my z4 ill defiantly be back for work on the car can’t rate them highly enough 👍

I booked an "anytime AM" slot through Black Circles, only to arrive and be told I had missed my appointment. While I understand this was an error on Black Circles' part, the garage's response was disappointing. They were dismissive and made no effort to accommodate me later in the day or at another time. When I asked if they could rebook me, I was simply told there were no slots available.

This was hard to believe, as there was only one car being worked on in the workshop and several staff members were outside smoking and chatting. On top of that, the condition of the garage didn’t inspire confidence. The workshop was messy, with oil spills and car parts scattered across the floor, giving the impression that my car might not have been kept in good condition if it had been serviced there. After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one to notice these issues—many customers have mentioned staff smoking outside and the general lack of professionalism in the garage's appearance and service.

I won't be returning to this garage, and I certainly won’t be recommending it to anyone. I’ve already rebooked my appointment elsewhere.

A couple of weeks ago my wife’s Mercedes needed 2 new rear tyres , endless price checks between the big companies I still found f1 to be the cheapest for the same brand, so I checked my sizes and ordered up 4 dunlops for my car and booked a time slot and date and paid on the website, confirmation received and duly turned up and et voila 4 new dunlops fitted on my car and done in about 30 or so minute's , on my way to work, no hassle , friendly staff , emailed my invoice to me for my records , absolute doddle , recommended and certainly will be using this garage again , brill .

Terrible service. Booked an oil change. Told to bring car in at 08:30 and job will take 1.00 - 1.50 hours.
Dropped car at 08:30 and told job would take approx 2 hours. I asked if it could be done quicker as I was waiting around. Told that they would try, but depended on parts delivery. Didn't expect to be waiting for parts for a Vauxhall Corsa oil change! Returned at 9:45 and car still parked outside. Two mechanics stood smoking at door asked if they could help. Explained I was waiting for Corsa. They told me it would be done now and would take a few minutes, which I realise was unrealistic. Car was driven in and oil was changed, in-between smoke breaks and rap music changes. Job completed at 10:15. If I hadn't returned at 9:45, I'm sure it would still be sat outside. Very poor service and terrible attitude from customer facing staff. Will most definitely not be returning here.

Needed a tyre very quickly as car was jacked up on the side of the road after a major puncture where the tyre repair kit had no chance.
F1 Autocentre in Ashton were brilliant and were able to fit a new tyre there and then when the wheel was taken to them and at a great price.
The Car was back on the road within an hour

I would like to let people know about my Fantastic Experience at Ashton-in-Makerfield branch of F1 Autocenters. The Guys there a great and will do anything to help with you motoring needs, very helpful and polite team, and they sorted out my cars issues in under 30 minutes. I had my Wheel Alignment done ( Tracking ) and was very happy with there prices for the job. I will be using them more often and for my M.O.Ts.

Very friendly staffand correct service price. Highly recommend this service.

The staff are friendly & down to earth. I had an air conditioning re-gas. This was the cheapest price compared to other auto repair centres.
I was told I’d have to wait up to an hr, it actually took them 35 mins so I was pleased to get back to work in good time.

Great bunch of lads at the Ashton in Maker field branch. All jobs done professionally and in time.

It was my first time in Formula One. Very nice and helpful staff, I did a full service but it turned out that my exhaust pipe was damaged. Which has been replaced. What's the downside of the service that I didn't receive the car inspection report, only the invoice, and when they poured the oil, it spilled all over the engine and they didn't clean it up. Not a big problem, but I'm still satisfied with their work and I recommend it
