Gone downhill! Awful service
I used to come here all the time and would recommend them to anyone however I’m not sure what’s going on lately but I would suggest everyone AVOIDS this place. Had my partners car for over 2 months to fix a few problems. Every time we called they said the issue was not sorted. It finally came time to collect the car and somehow they had locked it from the inside which meant anyone was unable to get into the car.
We had to wait over a week for them to decide what to do. Every time we called they said oh we aren’t sure how to get into the car.. finally they said they would have to break a window. We said okay that’s fine as long as you fix it. Cue another couple of days wait.
We had to chase constantly throughout. Not once did they call us with an update!
Waited another week and they said yep we have done it now you can collect tomorrow.
Went to pick the car up this morning and was absolutely shocked at the additional damage they have done.
It’s like they have used the car as storage for 2 months.
They had put someone else’s battery on the back floor of the car resulting in battery acid leaking everywhere into the carpets - they offered to fit another carpet for free but to be honest we don’t trust them and who’s to say they won’t have it for another two months and incur even more damage!
Also the speaker has been wrecked with a huge gash in the side of it.
Absolutely appalled that they have even allowed this to happen!
We won’t be returning and I suggest everyone else finds a more reputable garage.

Absolutely fantastic service. Was an emergency and was required to be seen early. With open arms they were happy to diagnose issues with no fee and clear transparent course of action. Issues sorted and much cheaper than i initially thought.

Little sister bought her first car…
Little sister bought her first car without giving me a bell first and a few things seemed dodgy, took it in to see the lads at f1 kettering to check it over. They took a look and gave me a list of things to take back to the seller to fix and didn't charge me a penny! Top blokes and could have saved my sisters life as some dodgy welding was discovered!
