I first ordered an outfit in 2019 for eid and it came in the timeframe stated and was a lovely outfit. I have just ordered 2 outfits 4 days ago for a last minute nikah, hoping the outfits would arrive in time due to the virus i was sceptical. However today they arrived earlier than stated online and i am so happy with both outfits. Both of great quality and look exactly like the pictures. I am a plus size girl so i ordered a size larger and they fit perfectly! I cant wait to wear them. I will definitely order again.

Atrocious service! Ordered an item and it wasn’t in stock so didn’t get delivered but I still got charged for the item. Two months on and I’ve still not received my refund! An incompetent company that basically steals your money! Do not shop from them.

Angry and disappointed!!!
I am a first time customer, and I decided to buy my Eid outfit from fabeha after seeing popular bloggers go on about this company. Once receiving my dress it looked nothing like the picture, quality was really bad and size was strangely too small.
And then I had to return and post the item with my own money, which is totally unfair.. as big companies offer free option.
The worst thing is I still havnt received my refund 3 weeks later... and when I try contacting them, no response!!! I demand my refund back!!! it’s totally unfair I’m being treated like this. I will never ever shop from them again!!! I am also a blogger and I shall be putting this on my Instagram.
