The support in this bank is 0. No matter what your problem is, they NEVER help. You get 0 service and 0 help when you call with important issues. Unbelievably!! You do not even get a reply from your "adviser". They do not reply to your emails and requests!!!!!!! Terrible. I have lived in many countries in my life but I,ve never experienced such a bad customer care in all my life. It is like a ghost bank! Ghost adviser! I feel I am on my own. Even the online banks offer more help. The worse bank I have ever seen in my life. What a mistake! Maybe now I will get a reply with empty and nice words. But it doesnt matter what you say. You are rubbish. Your website should say "Pay and don,t bother"
