Good customer service

Good customer service - Quick responses by email, then quick service by phone when it can’t be sorted via email.

Sinqobile Khanyile was very helpful on the phone.

Had an issue which was all my doing!

Had an issue which was all my doing. Siphelele really helped me through it despite some technical issues. Once they were resolved Siphelele helped immensely was very patient and clear with the steps and resolved my issue much to my relief. Great service. Thanks again

Great customer service.

The agent I was dealing with, Sinqobile Khanyile, could not have been more courteous and helpful. She took positive action to contact me by telephone, and at a time convenient to me. She then took the necessary actions to confirm my identity, and to progress my enquiry. Thank you!

Excellent Staff and customer service

I am an 85 year old lady who tries but battles sometimes with the internet. Anelisa assisted me with a calm and steady manner to change my password thus allowing me to send Birthday money to Australia. I cannot tell you how relieved I was when the payment went Through.
A good company with excellent customer care and service. Ten out of ten to Anelisa Jwili for her kindness and patience, it was much appreciated.e

Brilliant support

Anelisa Jwili, the agent, responded to my email within minutes. I found myself in Vietnam and unable to receive the two factor verification text message.
I emailed and very quickly the code was sent via WhatsApp, enabling me to log in. Such brilliant support!

Help was available when I needed it.

Sanele talked me through , sent me a crib sheet and followed up with an email to check that I had completed the action.
The live chat reassured me that help was available. The process was actually very simple!
