It took some time and several attempts but eventually I was able to speak to delightful Analisa. She was able, patiently, to take me through several steps, including your very necessarily lengthy questionnaire and eventually reach a conclusion.
This, although not what I had hoped for, is entirely understandable, and appreciated.
I hope to be able to speak with that young lady again, sometime!

Last 3 weeks I cannot log into my account funny this happened as I changed my name and informed them but they tell me it's nothing to do with that but it is checks yet they have not contacted me once and in about 3 weeks my account is useless. Today I've had enough of this stupidity and I've asked them to close my account as it is absolutely useless to me.

Live chat refuse to help only sending automated responses or saying they "can't help".
Email support says they "can't find your account" when I've successfully logged into it. Their dashboard is broken completely showing this message on both the website and app. Impossible to use - joke of a company:

The person that I talked to (Sithembuso) was very helpful and I managed to sort out what I needed to sort out.
However the system itself was a nightmare: it didn't seem to recognise that you were active on the system if you were on the chat function so it kept logging us out, often with no notice!
