Excellent service and very helpful staff

I have always had a reasonably good impression of Falck until today.
Rang kundeservice to enquire about my latest bill which seemed very high (Dkr. 2228,70).
There doesn't seem to be a way to see the bill or itemised list of the charges online which is odd.
After speaking to the kundeservice representative, I decided to cancel my abonnement with immediate effect.
The only way to cancel your Falck Abonnement is to ring '70 10 20 31'. THERE IS NO EMAIL OPTION. However this number is continually busy.
I naively believed that Falck was above this type of scam.

Best support and kindest people ever. Honest and nice. Use them for everything, especially their sundhedssikring if you want healthy employees. Don't ever choose Tryg.

Super behandling, super falckredder

As a 65 year old insurance expert who has been "covered" (not well) with Falck many years, I must strongly recommend that you part company with Falck in good time before your next renewal date. I originally purchased the "cover" with my motor insurance from Alka, Alka decided to stop using Falck 3 years ago and in retrospect, I too should have left Falck then when it was easy. Now Falck only offer a very limited towing service (even when a roadside fix is easily possible). But the main problem since COVID is that they seem to have become ruthless with their cancellation requirements and employ legal hunting dogs INTRUM (who threaten RKI immediately) even if you have sold your car or simply had no intention to renew or have declined to wait endlessly in a Kundeservice telephone queue to tell Falck to cancel.

Falck Vejhælp are feeding off force-renewed subscriptions and it is a waste of time trying persuade their under-experienced under-educated robotic call center staff to call off the dogs.

I judge their so called business (which even they freely admit is no longer anything recognisable as "Breakdown Insurance") is unsustainable once they have upset one too many good customers. In my experience, they respond badly to vejhælp requests and now by forcing renewals the way they do.

Frankly Falck Vejhælp looks now to be a rather parasitic enterprise in league with big bad RKI Inkasso-partner debt collection company.

You have been warned. Stay away, or get away from Falck Vejhælp. Instead buy elsewhere. Get your Vejhælp subscription as part of the deal with your motor insurance company who have much more invested in you as a customer to whom they have promised emergency cover. They will also be properly regulated in their main business of insurance. Consequently your insurance company understands the law regarding unfair commercial practice. At the sharp end, Falck Vejhælp robotically disrespects that law mostly through uneducated ignorance, I think. Certainly they claim that their modus operandi of quickly turning good customers into bad debtors to be hunted down forcing payment for unwanted Vejhælp is somehow necessary to protect their business from society which has turned bad in Denmark. Yes you heard right - that was just one of the lines of defence I was given in an hour long telephone conversation with a team leader yesterday who refused to reverse out the falsely constructed debt and wave goodbye amicably.

Falck Vejhælp operate in their version of the Wild West outside of regulation norms. Are you reading this Hr Jakob Riis? I wrote it specially for people like you as well as for your remaining unwittingly loyal customers whom you now treat as sheep at the market simply to maintain remaining unrealistic income forecasts. I suggest as Admin direktor you now refocus on your core business because on recent showing, Falck Vejhælp is going down fast.
