Rob the manager at Falkham Tyres is brilliant and went the extra mile for me today. I had an unexpected flat tyre yesterday, and I managed to get an old one fitted by BS Motors in Farningham ( who were also brilliant). They were unable to source a new tyre and I phoned Rob who investigated and made sure he had the right one, he ordered it for today and said should be in by 10.30/11am. He phoned me before 10 to say tyre had arrived. I drove to Falkham tyres and they fitted it professionally and quickly - so impressed !

Like going to a mates to get tyres. Service Service Services . Price matched on line offers by big company's but I got looked after and there is hot drinks even biscuits and tv in a warm waiting area. Good manners and smiles I will always get my tyres here

Excellent service. Care taken to listen and satisfy customer requests involving locking wheel nuts, care dressing alloy rim damage from former tyre weight fitment (previous tyre company) and customer welfare whilst waiting. Makes a change to see a tyre firm that actually knows what a torque wrench does and how to work it correctly.
All guys getting on with their work despite the very hot weather.
Not surprising I'm a returning customer. Didn't even shop around for prices.

Brilliant Service, No complaint whatsoever. Lovely people and so helpful. Recommend them 100%. Will never go anywhere else.

Hi, its Tony from Longfield. You have an excellent team now, Polite friendly & efficient. Can't fault the service that I have had over the last week. Two tyres for my neighbours BMW and two today for my wife's TROC. Great care was taken with the latter's polished rims.

I've taken my car to Falkham Tyres a number of times over the years, the staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes before my car was dealt with and the customer waiting room is always clean, warm, with drinks available.
