False promotions
False promotions. Went for a 'free key', but have to pay $ 4.40 to get it. It doesn't go straight to the checkout page, but bothers you with first a 'mystery deal' and then 4 other games. If you don't choose anything, then your cart is emptied. Very bad business practices, which make me not to buy any games from them at all.

If your cart is automatically emptying when trying to collect a free giveaway game then it could be that you're using a VPN which is blocked.
I am sorry you had to pay money to collect a free game, this isn't what we intended during the process. Unfortunately I don't see an email address or Order ID attached to this review so please let me know either of this, or open a support a ticket with us so we can look into this and refund the money you've paid for the giveaway.

I went to this website to claim a free key for a Steam game. The website claimed that the product can be activated in my region, but after creating the account and linking my Steam account, it stated that the product cannot be activated in my region.

Petty as hell. Even as a Fandom’s company, this store does not seem to have any bargaining power. Its discounts are not as good, or often worst than Steam or the publisher’s price. It seems like a website for stealing personal information only. Not coming back.

Easy purchase but slow email
Easy purchase, key worked for a friend I bought it for. I was charged the exact amount. However the email to my friend didn't happen instantly and it I had to send the link directly. Thats why its only 4 stars.

They tell you that you can get things that are inflated to make it seem like you're winning. For example: a game on Steam for €300, but when you go to check it out, it's just a square spinning in a circle. Hundreds of games are listed as having been used.

The selection is very limited but the prices are really good. Keys were sent out without delay and are easy to redeem. I'll probably buy more after the current set of bundles has rotated out.
