Do not shop there. It is a scam...
I am worried that this site is an elaborate fraud. I have made a substantial purchase and didn't even get a confirmation email. I have been trying to call (the phone numbers are not recognised) and emailed a few times, no answer.. I would be complaining via formal channels but I don't understand how a scam like this one is allowed to operate in the first place...
Do not attempt to shop there.. you will lose your money.

Absolutely terrible, do not purchase from this business.
Ordered a product for Christmas delivery. After a generic initial email to confirm order I heard nothing. No delivery/tracking information or confirmation that the order had been shipped.
Sent numerous emails without response and had to eventually open a dispute with PayPal. No surprised to find that the day I opened the dispute that I was issued a full refund.
No apology! I wonder if I had not opened this dispute would they have ever contacted me or offered a refund - I doubt it!
Buyers beware!!

Worst shopping experience in 20 years internet. I ordered VSL3 and it must be cooled. Everybody know this. They sent it not cooled. After 8 days shipping 30 degrees° its crap.
I ask several times how to send it back. Nothing. No response per Email, no response via Paypal. Nobody can speak a single word English, but a website in 8 different speeches. WoW
I sent it back on my own. After several attempts an answer, only a picture with no words that they sent me my order :-(lol) Yes i know, is this a joke? Read my simple email, a 10 year old could understand it!
I sent the product already back to the Ätna. If no response I will get my money back over Paypal I hope they will terminate their PayPal seller account of this wanna be shop.
Finally PayPal book the complete money back to my account :-) Even PayPal never heard anything from them :-D
