Don't trust this pharmacy!!! They haven't send me the items on time, they have asked me for more hidden money and now it's has been 2 months and half that I am waiting for my money back!!! Pure unprofessionalism and ridicolous service!!!

Very disappointed, I ordered long time ago and I didn't received my parcel , this is a huge loss for me 100£ , I sent to many emails but nobody answered. I am feel sick and that's why I order medicines from this place but you can die because they don't care

I am not satisfied with my product. What l saw in the shop and ordered was not exactly the make that was shipped to me. The colour of the liquid is not pure bright, what came was a creamy colour. The design of the plastic container was different from the one l saw in the shop. I intended to buy another one if l had gotten exactly what I wanted.

I placed an order on 9th of April 2021. My order number is 2162988. I have written many emails asking what is the status of my order. Since I live in India I have paid a huge shipping price. Very sad that my order is nowhere to be tracked. Maybe I may not receive. This is a huge loss for me. Being an Italian company I thought maybe you had some ethics. Now reading the reviews I see many people have not received their orders.
Atleast respond to my emails.

Not to be trusted. I was sent the wrong item. Customer service offered to refund me 50% of the cost, which I refused. Now they won't answer emails and refuse to answer the phone. Avoid buying from this company, especially if you live outside of Italy.

Prices are good, BUT! I still wait my parcel (since 07.02)..., delivery is expensive than should for that service.
I’m taken another parcel (ordered on same date) from Italy for 10 euro on last week!...
Today is 09.03 - and parcel still not delivered (((

Ordered tiger balm as per foto presented by this company.
Upon receipt the product was repackaged not original ingredients completely different
Upon advising company received one line email without apology to confirm goods intact? Responded with confirmation upon which after 1 week was advised to contact another branch surprisingly no response.

Not surprised Italy is in the mess with scam companies like this.

Do not order from this sham of a company

I made my order 8 November. For all my emails I get only one response that they don't have order with this name.Send them all proofs,no response. Very disappointed.I very hope that they will give my money back!

Thank you for your excellent service. The products that you supplied me arrived in perfect condition and have all been very good. Especially the gluten free Lebkuchen which were delicious. I will definitely be buying from you again.
