Finally got my items shipped
It's been a journey... They finally shipped missing items, after me constantly bothering them. Their first response was "our system says it was packed and delivered" - basically a FU response. But after my persistence, they finally shipped missing items.

Thieves! Didn't put all items and refuse to solve it. I reported missing items immediately, and their AI said they will send missing item and for the other one they will give a discount code. But human support named Lucas said that my package was delivered and I won't get anything. They basically stole money from me. I've been loyal customer for long time, but I won't buy from them ever again. If they have an opportunity to rob you, they will.

Do not order from this website! My order never arrived which I placed December 19th 2025 and I have been back and forth with the company for a refund and today March 17th they are refusing to refund me! Even though the delivery company has no proof of delivery they are siding with them! Who in their right mind would fight for a refund for products not received for 3 months!!! I have lodged a complaint against this company! Absolutely uneducated customer service representative and a disgusting company to deal with! I will get my money back one way or another!

Okay, maybe scammers not the right wording. However, not respecting GDPR privacy regulations and continue mail bombing for commercial reasons only is very disrespectful towards customers. I tried to unsubscribe 5 times in periode of 1.5 months. So this comes accross as deliberate policy instead of 'occasionally' - not a credible argument.

Spam marketing
Although I specifically checked on their site to not be contacted for marketing purposes, they enrolled my email automatically and then sent spam marketing emails, without an option to easily unsubscribe(they asked for filling a large form with more personal data! As well as logging in)

Order preparation takes too much time.
It takes a lot of time for them to prepare your order. If there is no item, they will not call you, instead, they will delay the delivery so you will have to call them by yourself asking them to remove that item. This is very inconvenient. Nonetheless, after they send it, it arrives very quickly. Also, the prices are competitive and sometimes they are big discounts.

delivery takes too long
On the website it says delivery within 24-48 hours but even if they deliver tomorrow it’s 3 days.. and looking at the tracking link there is nothing happening. Last time it took 5 days. Usually if you want something from the farmacia you want it NOW
