Item marked/faulty

Item arrived, had some marks on the leather, sent back, should have been picked up by the companies QC process. I would class this as a "seconds" leather item. Returned straight away. In fairness the refund process was quick though disappointing that although item was faulty was still charged for postage. Wont use the company again. I have ordered similar item from another company.

Very good quality materials of the…

Very good quality materials of the manicure tools and the case., as you would expect for this price range. My husband is very happy, and he knows a high quality when he sees one. Thanks for the lovely gift wrap and a hand-written birthday wish note. We would both strongly recommend both the professional, prompt service and the quality products offered here. Thanks again.
